I stopped by Uplift Nutrition in Colorado Springs and was seriously impressed! The loaded tea I had was not only packed with energy but tasted absolutely amazing—super refreshing and flavorful. I also tried the cookie dough shake, and wow… it was like having dessert but in a healthy, guilt-free way! Nate and his mother are some of the nicest people we’ve met! We’re from Buffalo, NY and needed an energy tea to get our day going. They did a fantastic job explaining the different flavors and they were super easy to talk to! We got the Mexican lollipop and a Hydration tea. Both were made extremely well and really did “UpLift” our day! Don’t hesitate to stop in!

A hidden gem! My friend came into town talking about the loaded tea trend in her town. I had never heard of it, but we googled nutrition clubs in town and found this place! The teas are delicious and loaded with good stuff! Plus, Teresa is super friendly and sweet! You won’t go wrong here if you are craving a refreshing and healthy drink option!
