Alright. I’ve ordered this particular pizza from many other locations and it’s never been as saucy or cold as I got it here. As you can see the wings are also over-sauced and spilling into the box itself. The pizza has too much of that garlic parm sauce because why is the toppings falling off to only leave me with the crust of the pizza.

This Pizza Hut location should really be closed down. Not only is it typically not the cleanest of locations, but I have ordered via UBER Eats as well as ordered in person multiple times, and EACH and EVERYTIME I have waited minimum 1+ hours for a simple pizza and/or a 6-piece order of wings. I don’t know if they just don’t have enough staff or if the staff they do have is extraordinarily slow or just don’t care. But my 1.5 hour wait tonight (and still never received my order) was the VERY LAST TIME I will ever order from this location again.

I ordered 9boxes of pizza with extra BBQ in all of them. None of them have extra BBQ sauce let alone having a BBQ sauce in there.

Price is high but what isn’t now a days.Food was okay the wings and bread sticks are 8-10 just not enough dipping sauce. The pizza wasn’t that great 6-10.Customer service was decent and it’s clean on the inside. We won’t be going back thats just us.

I went to here to pick up a pizza for carryout that I ordered online. It was Halloween which is a very busy day for people to order pizza. The staff did an excellent job of handling the craziness. Many customers were not very nice but the staff handled it as best as they could. I commend all who worked that shift tonight. You did a great job!

I stopped in to get lunch and didn’t know what I wanted. Cameron and the crew gave a few suggestions. I decided on the hot wings and fries even though the special was over. I am happy I did. The wings were delicious, and the fries were cooked to perfection. There was no line, and I got in and out. The restaurant was clean. The staff was professional. Thank you for a great experience!

Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. When I went to pick up my order I had to wait over an hour! Nobody was even tending to the front desk or the crowded room to complete orders. Staff were extremely slow and look like they do not know what they are doing. Completely unacceptable wait times, if I had known this before hand, I would not have ordered from here.
