I’ve been ordering from this location for over 4 years and have always gotten fast service and hot pizza. Always nice and professional delivery drivers too. But now that they’re using doordash for delivery it’s taking over 30 minutes (edit to add: i placed my order at 7:25 and it’s currently 8:10…and its still not here) for a pizza that’s less than a mile away. Literally…. .6 miles away. I guess I won’t be ordering from here anymore.

This place has been a staple for us for many years, and they almost never disappoint. I gotta say, the new pan pizza is freaking awesome!! Reminds me of the pan pizza that pizza hut did way back in the mid ’70’s / early ’80’s!! Crispy edges on the crust, and thick but firm in the center! Keep up the great work!!!

Highly disappointed‼️I ordered online paid in store. I waited 20 min after payment for my pizza.. and I requested it to be be cooked well done. I got my pizza not only was it half way cooked the toppings were just falling off couldn’t even pick up 1 slice. Told the boy behind the counter its supposed to be cooked well done, his response oh okay.. got it home after I sent it back they cooked it longer but it once again still under cooked at this point I just said the hell with it ..all young kids with no supervision from an adult playing around and don’t know what their doing. No apology for the wait or anything. While I was there another customer came in because they had given him the wrong item SMH just ridiculous!!!! Poor customer service.

Disgusting! Most went into the trash. Saved the garlic dipping sauce for my own toasted bread. I don’t think this is just a Papa John’s problem, all the big pizza chains seem to be racing to the bottom.

I order here once every few months whenever I want pizza because it’s the closest papa johns to me. This time was the last. Every time I order here, they forget half my order and make it wrong.

Hit or miss… sometimes orders are made correctly, most of the time they are not. This is supposed to be a large with extra cheese, add 3 cheese blend, (so extra extra cheese) pineapple, bacon and pep. The center of the pizza has no cheese at all and it looked like someone put 3 pieces of pep to try and hide it. Always have giant bubbles in the crust.
6/8/23…never fail to disappoint. No extra cheese, no 3 cheese blend. Pizza not cut properly and can’t tear one off without mutilating the other pieces. Got all 8 papa bites this time…not just 4 like last time. No uniformity. Never know if your order is gonna be correct. Always new faces in there too, like they can’t keep employees. Management issue? Whateves…

They have pretty decent food, but recently I’ve had a string of bad service. Super late delivery, canceling on me just before close, and then this lovely thing. But they never contacted me back after this one. So, just letting you know. It’s like the driver drive to my place with it in its side. Also it was still doughy in the middle.

I placed an order about 15 minutes before they closed, and honestly…I was impressed. I requested well done with garlic parm crust and the pizza was cooked to perfection. I also asked for garlic sauce when I got to the store, I was going to ask for an extra, but I opened the box to check first and the young lady had already put an extra one for me. I WILL be back!
