Went with my girlfriend and mother in law through the drive thru last Saturday we all waned a Hawaiian blizzard and when we got it it was all vanilla ice cream and pecans good thing none of us were allergic to pecans.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service!! After each item ordered they gave us a new total as if they were rushing us out. When we got our ice cream it was not made properly (wife’s a former Dairy Queen employee).

Drive through, my cotton candy blizzard was white, it didn’t taste like cotton candy only vanilla. Lady said “can’t take it back in” and slammed the window. The older man then came to the window and said “there’s cotton candy in there” there wasn’t. The customer service was awful.

Unless you ask for DOUBLE things in your blizzard, you get a cup of white ice cream. Gross. The service is “ok” the kids are friendly. I think it’s the owner limiteding the toppings. It was never like this before, and mountain iron DQ is great. Not going here anymore.

Sunday Feb 23, 2025. Went to get icecream because the hours on Google said they close at 9. They CLOSED AN HOUR EARLY. I showed the blond girl and the other 3 people that were there the hours and still stayed closed. What happened to “customer is always right” when I proved to them their hours?

Went to get a blizzard (the only item on my order) which was fantastic when I finally got it. Bunch of high school girls running the place and they’re personal lives and gossip seems to be more important than helping customers. This place needs a manager who is over 18.
