I had the $6.00 All American Smasher combo today, and I must say everything was pretty tasty! The burger buns were soft and fresh. The meat was juicy, crispy and well seasoned. The french fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The Coke and Sprite were not flat at all. Everything here was yummy!

I had an absolutely abysmal experience at this Sonic. We placed three separate orders online ahead of time to make things easy. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru line, we finally got to the window.
The employee initially told us he had all three orders, then backtracked and said he only had two. His “solution” was for us to pull into the parking lot and wait another 20 minutes for the third order. When we explained that all three were placed simultaneously for this exact location—and showed him the confirmation codes—he simply said he couldn’t do anything.
We asked for the manager, who was extremely defensive and unprofessional from the moment she stepped up. Despite us showing her the confirmation emails, the order codes, and the bank charges on our phones, she was snarky and insisted she couldn’t fulfill the order or offer a refund.
We eventually just left because we had already wasted over half an hour and weren’t going to get anywhere with such rude management. If you want your food (or at least basic customer service), go somewhere else.

Amazing Service from Aaron!
I had such a great experience at Sonic thanks to Aaron! He was super friendly, professional, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job and making customers feel welcome. It’s not often you get that kind of genuine service these days, but Aaron definitely went above and beyond. Give that man a raise! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews because I know everybody has a bad day. Although I should have got a new cup because this one had a big crack in it and they just patched it up with a sticker over it and I ended up wearing half of it before I can get it home. What a waste of 9.00Master blast I didn’t even get any napkins. Luckily I always carry extras.

I’ve always been a fan of Sonic. However, I had a disappointing experience at the Sonic located at 11780 Amargosa Rd, Victorville, CA 92392, where Sam, the manager, works. She was quite rude and even raised her voice at me, which made me question why someone with such a demeanor is in a customer service role. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable. Run away from that sonic if she is still working there. She’s dangerous.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. CLEARLY THE OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY FROM THE MANAGER SAM IS HORRIBLE, PREJUDICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE EMPLOYEE WAS NOT EDUCATED ON CREDIT CARD PROCESSING AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD GOT THE ORDER WRONG! THEN I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME MORE TO FIX THE ORDER BECAUSE BY NOW AFTER BEING IN LINE FOR 30 MINS. TO ORDER??? HAPPY HOUR EXPIRED AND THE RUDE UNFRIENDLY MANAGER REFUSED TO HONOR THE HAPPY HOUR PRICE!. SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE. THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANGER SHE (SAM) WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I STILL GOT CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD EVEN THOUGH THEY REFUNDED MY PURCHASE. YOU DIFFINANTLY LOST A CUSTOMER TODAY!..

watched an employee grab something from the trash and then immediately prepare an order in the drive through. this place is not sanitary. customer service was poor and had the window slammed in my face for asking a question about my order as if i was making their job harder just because i had a question about my order. i was told to leave and when i asked for a superior i was denied to speak with them. staff is very sketchy at this location especially the store managers or shift leads
