This location is nothing like it was many years ago. Now is very unsanitary the dining room is nasty trash can full homeless in side and stinky the employees take forever to give people orders the need to improve customer service . Once again diceide to place and order because is the one closes to my home but this location doesn’t deserve to be open the employee didn’t to their job right order Big Mac double party they pulled out the side waited for my order like 10 minutes to got the big Mac with 3 parties when back to the employee to tell missing party and what to I got a Nasty Big Mac a lot os mc sauce all messy disgusting not recommended it deserves 0 star

This morning, I placed an order through the McDonald’s official app, paid with my online bank card, and then picked up my food at the drive-through. At the pick-up window, the staff informed me that because I hadn’t selected the 10-cent paper bag fee, they handed me my hash brown and apple pies bare-handed. I refused to accept the offer, saying it violated hygiene regulations and requested a cancellation. However, they still pressed the “Taken” button on the app, deducted my payment, closed the window, and asked me to leave. I immediately called 911, accusing them of racial discrimination. The police said it was a civil matter and they wouldn’t dispatch officers. They suggested I negotiate, which I did, and paid the 10-cent coin on the spot, requesting my food be re-packaged in a paper bag. After eating my food, I noticed the hash browns had a strong odor of used oil, and the paper wrapper was filled with greasy, waste oil. For several hours, I experienced chest discomfort, stomach pain, and diarrhea. I suspect they were using contaminated oil in the cooking stove. I’ve notified the Los Angeles Department of Health.

Pretty good as per usual. The service was speedy, considering that it was an afternoon time. The atmosphere was not crowded at all. There was plenty of space and the staff was very kind. The restaurant was clean and it didn’t smell bad considering that it is in Los Angeles. I will be coming back here.

I would Give this McDonald’s 0 stars if I could they don’t only forget your sauces for your nuggets but they give you a Burger with a paper still on the Patty cooked with cheese on it. I bit into my Burger and I chewed it right away I tasted the paper.. Took my Burger apart and found the paper that’s on the Burger Patty before it’s cooked . Be more careful. People could get sick if they eat that. It would be nice if I could get my money back for this.

Waited 22 minutes for my food — way too long for a fast-food restaurant. The dining area was tense; people were clearly upset and complaining. It was also quite dirty, with messy tables and floors. Definitely not a great experience.

Listen; this location does Not provide its customers with Wi-Fi; deliberately. This is the “hood”, and as such; elf rhe reasonable consumer. It’s absolutely ridiculous . The food is what you want, the lines are as long as regular, the traffic simply passes by due to the lack of consideration of the immediate community. I loved the quality but, the influx of the ability to be productive inside of an area is beyond a profile!!
