Stopped in on my way into work the place wasn’t busy and yet the service was slow through the drive through. The lady that took my order didn’t seem she liked her job at all and was rude. Ordered a steak bagel pulled up to the window to pay and turns out the rude person was the manager. Got my order at the window and left. Made it to work went to eat it but i looked at the bagel before eating and i seen they gave me what appears to be a broken or half eaten steak between cold eggs. UNBELIEVABLE THEY REALLY MADE ME PAY FOR SOMETHING I WILL NOT EAT LIKE THIS DISGUSTING. DO NOT GO TO THAT MCDONALDS. THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY HAVE THE RATING THEY HAVE and a good indication why they were not busy in the morning when I pulled in.

We arrived in the restaurant. Apart from 2 customers it was empty. Unfortunately we encountered a super cold restaurant, disgusting and very bad smelling toilets, tables that were not cleaned in long time, and to top it of we had to wait 19 minutes for our food. Far below any of the other McDonalds I have visited so far.

If it was bad before, it’s awful now. Wait times for food are outrageously long and mainly kiosk orders so it’s a mess. There is no one in the front. The kitchen is hidden away and who knows how many people work there; but clearly it’s not enough employees. The remodel has clearly made this place worse than before.

They took a long time to bring us our food, and when it finally arrived, the order was wrong. After we finished eating, we ordered an Americano coffee, but they never gave it to us and kept hiding behind the counter. There was a long line of people waiting to be helped. Thirty minutes later, we complained about the coffee, and the employees laughed among themselves and still didn’t give us our order. We had to leave without the coffee, the employees were disgusting. The place and the kitchen were extremely dirty as well.

This is the third time I have experienced more than a 20 minute wait at the speaker box at the drive thru. It’s absolutely ridiculous, one car at the window waiting for their food. It’s only 8 pm yet 20 minutes sitting here waiting for someone to take my order. Last time it was 45 minutes. This McDonald’s need to up their game!!

My Wild Ride at McDonald’s: A Review
Let me set the scene: I pulled into McDonald’s expecting fries, a burger, and maybe a little convenience. What I got was a surreal experience that left me questioning how this place was even operational.
First, the entire right side of the restaurant was blocked off like it was housing a top-secret Big Mac formula. Turns out, the restrooms were “Out of Order,” but instead of just closing the bathrooms, they barricaded the entire area like a no-go zone. It was as if McDonald’s decided, “If you can’t pee, you don’t deserve to sit over here either.”
Then came the drink situation. Signs were plastered everywhere saying, “No coffee, no tea, no iced drinks.” I couldn’t help but wonder—are they out of water? How does a restaurant even function without water? Were they washing dishes with Sprite? Rinsing the lettuce in Diet Coke? And, the big question: did the employees wash their hands?!
The ambiance was… unmatched. Every table had its own unique trash sculpture—a burger wrapper here, a half-empty fry container there. It was like dining in an art installation titled “Post-Lunch Chaos.” The crown jewel of the decor was a man literally asleep in the middle of the restaurant, shoes off, one shoe proudly on display in the center of the room like it was waiting to be auctioned off.
But here’s the kicker: despite all the chaos, they were still serving food. How, exactly, does a restaurant legally operate without water? If this is how things were in the dining area, I shudder to think about what was happening behind the counter.
All in all, it was less of a dining experience and more of a journey into the unknown. Five stars for entertainment value, zero stars for sanitation. If you’re looking for fries with a side of existential crisis, this McDonald’s is the place for you. But if you value cleanliness or running water… maybe try somewhere else.

I have no idea how this location is still in business. This place is awful. AWFUL!
The hubs and I stopped for a quick lunch and OMG. The bathrooms are flat out disgusting. I have no idea how the employees deal with such filth. The same can be said for a few of their tables as well.
Service is nonexistent. I was shocked when a lady standing at the register walked away when my husband walked up. I understand they have a kiosk for ordering, but no one was in the building! How hard would it have been to take his order.
Add to his frustration that the darn machine didn’t give him a number. It just took the order and that was it. So the same lady who didn’t want take his order, had to ask questions to confirm what he ordered. Ugh.
And those burgers? The pictures say it all. I have no more words. I hope action is taken to do better.

This place should just be shut down, demolished and it will singlehandedly improve McDonald’s customers experience by a significant amount.
The lady taking the order is extremely rude, unprofessional and doesn’t know what she’s doing. Every other word is the system won’t allow me to do that and as I was sitting at the window waiting for my receipt, I felt extremely bad for the person that she was speaking to. She never acknowledged me when I rode up and never gave a receipt. She said the next window would which surprisingly didn’t.
The people bringing the food lacked people skills and when I asked how many were ordered she had the nerves to tell me I should know. I explained after she came back that I knew the quality I ordered but couldn’t confirm what the order said cause neither her or the other person gave a receipt. I’ll save you the surprise of letting you know items were missing from my order and I’m sure nobody on the highway noticing it isn coming back to this hellhole.
Shut it down, improve everyone quality of life by doing so.

Literally sat in the drive thru for 20+ mins waiting for someone to take my order. No one ever did. All the cars in the drive thru left. Go to the one by the Pilot near the turnpike. At least they are responsive.
