Literally the fastest and most accurate Papa Johns Pizza I have ever ordered from. I live 1.2 miles from the restaurant and once I place my order I leave immediately and I always get the notification on the app that is ready! Amazing service. Definitely satisfied . Some of my pictures do not do the restaurant justice.

I order from here all the time and barely have an issues, well, tonight I have a problem. I requested certain toppings on my pizza:
Black olives
Fresh spinach
Green peppers
Onions
Pepperoni
Pineapple
As you can see, there is NO black olives, hardly any onions and bellpeppers (like 2-3) , & spinach is like 2-3 pieces. So, I called and told them I was missing toppings. The man on the phone didn’t say his name, he asked for the delivery address, gave him the address, he goes and I quote “ what’s wrong with it, I cut that pizza?” Told him what was wrong with it, he huffed and puffed and said “ I’ll get another one out to you.” I was nice about it and all and I said to him “okay thank you. “ He then goes “ yup. “ and hangs up in my face.
I am not the type to leave reviews about places, but don’t take it out on your customers and their food that they paid for just because you are having a rough night. Leave all your personal problems at the door of work.

Our pizza was fantastic from the restaurant a little bit on the warm side, because the delivery took a little bit longer than expected. Our driver was great and very respectful.

In the past, this location was on point. But 2 out of the last 3 times we ordered, the food was terrible. The pizza and wings we ordered seemed undercooked and were cold when we got them. We noticed tonight that our order was delivered by DoorDash, and come to think of it, I haven’t seen any Papa John’s delivery vehicles outside the store in a while. It’s not the delivery driver’s fault. As I mentioned, the food seemed undercooked and we only live about 2 minutes from the store. To me, that means the food was probably left on the counter for the driver to pick up and not kept warm. I don’t think we’ll be ordering from this location anymore.

Honestly, I haven’t eaten at Papa Johns in a while and just was craving Pizza and ordered the New York style XL pizza…. AWESOME!! The crust is really, really good; big slices and YES, foldable but I eat mine the regular way to enjoy every bite. YEP!! Recommend Papa Johns pizza and if you haven’t tried the New York style XL…GO GET ONE, Great price too !

Ordered the stuffed crust pizzas on sale, and some pizza bites…I’m not sure what’s going on in the papa John’s in North Augusta, but the cold cheesesticks in the pizza crust is NOT what I expected you can literally pull the cheesestick out of the bread and cut it in half. I took a chance on the papa John’s and it’s been a solid reminder of why I swore it off to begin with. Not being petty, but my pizza was cold when the door dasher brought it, I’m not sure if that’s on them or not, but all the same this is one of the worst dinners I’ve paid for. Pizza hut is trash, but at least their stuffed crust is actually cooked, and their customer service is top tier.
