This is my final edit, and my last visit for this location ever in my life, I ordered a medium ribeye but I got a rawest steak Iever had in my whole life. We being served our bread and water 15min after we seat and I got no water or bread refill the entire 2 hours when I was there, the waiter is called Rx or Ry something he served another table next to us 6 times for that 2 hours without look at us. I ask for ranch for my salad but I got a spicy honey ranch which tasted like blood.
I have to ask the manager to cook again the steak without getting one single Apology. Oh and the first raw meat served after 1hour after I finish my salad without any bread and it’s freaking RAW. there isn’t any line waiting outside means they are not even at capacity, what’s taking you so long?
And while we waiting I saw a cockroach crawling from the kitchen to the table before us, this is unbelievable, will never come back again.
2nd edit:I came back on JANUARY, my first mid well becomes well-done again, and the picture this is the second stake I got after complainted, and I switch to meidum, look at this picture and tell me this is medium
1st edit: I have been eating here for 2 years, 5+ year in other TXRH, I can tell their chief becomes much worse in this year, I had never got a stake I refused to eat before but this year that number is 6. I had the perfect well-done ribeye ever, when I ordered a medium. I got a rare when I ordered medium well-done, I got a few overcooked when order medium well-done, what’s wrong with your kitchen? Besides i have towait another 30 minutes for my recooked stake that’s insane.
The bread also becomes very unstable quality.
I’m very very disappointed.

My GF and I had an amazing Valentine’s Day experience mainly due to our server, Kyhri P.
The service was fast, efficient and on point. Kyhri filled up our waters well ahead of time, got our order accurately and timely as well, and even got us more rolls without us asking (read my girlfriend’s mind!)
In the past when we came here we had nowhere near this level of experience. The food was delicious as well, and we were stuffed from just the appetizers and salad sides we both got.
Overall really impressed with our server especially during such a busy time, and with the quality of our meals.

Our server was Nydia was outstanding! The food was so good! Even though they were busy we were seated quickly. The manager on Sunday wanted to make sure everything was perfect. We ordered ribs, chicken, portobello mushroom chicken, beef tips and chicken critters. It was so good. We will return.

Wish I could give 6 stars for the patient service from Sonny and Don! They went through I don’t know how many extra loops to make sure our gift cards worked with nothing but smiles and good cheer. The management here is EXCELLENT, the steaks were perfect, and the orders were timely and carefully taken. GREAT dining experience.

I usually do not post bad reviews, but I just want to warn other customers that this particular Texas roadhouse is a poor choice for food if you like hot fresh dinner.
When a table of 8 orders, seven appetizers…that might be a hint that they’re gonna spend some money and bringing out cold Fried food is very disappointing… the only thing that was hot was the onion bloom… the fried cheese sticks did not have more than 25% filled with cheese.
Our server did a great job keeping drinks going, but he obviously had more tables than should have been assigned .
The steaks were cooked good, but by the time all of the food came out, the only thing that was hot on each plate was the baked potato ..
**There was not a management team checking on tables and they surely were not checking quality of food as it left the kitchen. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this establishment anymore and the owners should check on it more often!

Came here on a Saturday night, smack in the middle of the dinner rush. We had Imane as a server and she is phenomenal. She was engaging and very attentive to the table despite the place being packed. We did have a wait, but that was expected, and at no fault of our server. The manager came around and checked on everyone, though we were in a tight spot for our party size, they made the best of it. The steaks were cooked just right, and drinks were kept full.

Excellent staff. Ordered a 20 ounce bone-in ribeye medium rare and it came out medium well…and chewy. The steak needs to be cooked as ordered. The Cactus Blossom needs better sauce, it’s nowhere near as good as the Outback Steakhouse sauce. I vote with my feet, so I won’t be going back here.

We go to Texas Roadhouse because we like the atmosphere and know what to expect when we need to travel. They weren’t very busy but we couldn’t seem to get our drinks, salads arrived with the meal, and the food seemed to be a little cold. I spit out several incredible pieces of gristle from my chili and my husband also did too with his chicken fried steak. We were very disappointed as we haven’t had this experience before. We hope the food isn’t going downhill because the brand has already changed out the homemade rolls to some horrible mass produced ones.
