Three of us decided to go out for dinner on December 31st at 7:00 pm to spend time with family. We waited approximately 15 to 20 minutes for no reason, even though there were tables available. Four people who had just arrived were seated before us. The waitress walked past us more than three times before asking what we wanted. The steak wasn’t cooked to the requested temperature, and I ordered a Caesar salad and French fries, which she never brought, but they were still on the bill. It wasn’t up to the standard I’m used to when I visit LongHorn Steakhouse. It wasn’t the New Year’s Eve dinner celebration we had hoped for.

My friend and I went to this restaurant on January 31, 2026, and the experience was terrible from the start. The staff clearly seemed annoyed and acted like they didn’t want any more customers.
I ordered my signature LongHorn steak medium, but it came out extremely overcooked (not even well done it was more like congratulations)and tiny for a 22OZ steak. After sending it back, the second steak was still poorly cooked with raw spots. On top of that, the bread was served on a plate too small to cut, and my water glass was cracked, which is unacceptable.
We spent around $80 for two steaks with no drinks, and the service and food quality were nowhere near worth it. This experience was ridiculous, and I would absolutely give this location a zero if I could.
And the most disappointing part is that, based on this experience, it feels unlikely that LongHorn Steakhouse will take any meaningful action to address these issues.

Great experience at LongHorn Steakhouse! The fried shrimp appetizer was crispy and flavorful, the porterhouse steak with corn was cooked perfectly, and the ribeye with baked potato was delicious and tender. Portions were generous, everything came out hot and fresh, and the flavors were spot on. Definitely recommend for a solid steakhouse meal

A bit of a wait for my group but not terribly long. Ordered the pork chops with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes for sides. The pork chops were seasoned well and the portions were pretty generous. Loaded mash just was okay and service was decent enough. Also love that Longhorn Steakhouse offers Mountain Valley water!

Overhead music was a little loud, but I was still able to make out the majority of the conversation. If I had been hard of hearing, def could have been a different experience.
Food was delicious and we all needed take home containers. Food was cooked to our specifications and arrived to the table hot.
We went after the typical lunch time, about 2:45 and left a little before 4:30. We were not rushed, the waiter was not pushy, and checked on us appropriately.
Wish the salad choices had a bit more variety, but overall, a decent whole menu selection.
All told, I would come back to this location.

My husband’s car club had their Christmas Dinner here, so there were 13 of us adults altogether & 2 kids. Our waitress did great! She was very nice & attentive. The food came in a timely matter too & was great of course! I love Longhorn Steakhouse, it was my first time at this location. I forget to take a picture of my 8oz Renegade Sirloin & my Loaded Baked Potato but it was just too good

Great service with a kind staff that treats you like you guys are the best of friends sense kindergarten. The half rack baby back ribs were perfect the flavor and the sauce was just chef’s kiss. The atmosphere was so warm and was inviting. Everyone there was kind and generous and was just pure southern hospitality.
