Our family ate lunch on Saturday Feb.21,2026.Some of us had Lobsterfest and others just shrimp.
The waitress had my order all screwed up.I only received one lobster and 1/2 a side.I asked about the other side and she corrected that .The food was partially cold.
The meal was around $140 I believe.This is when I noticed that I was charged for the one side that was supposed to included in the meal.I also noticed that the baked potatoe was also charged to my meal.It had a few(3) little pieces of lobster on top of it.
The bad part is coming up.The vent directly above our table was covered in what looked like black mold.I took several pictures of the surrounding vents and all were covered.I contacted the manager and showed him and he offered to move us.That picture alone made everyone at the table nauseated.I told him no thanks we are leaving.We didn’t even finish the meal.
I contacted the Red Lobster corporations and informed them that I had a serious complaint.
I let them know that I was going to the Health Department and the news media about this issue if I didn’t hear back from them within 24 hours.I received a blanket statement from someone that someone else would contact me by the 27th.Still haven’t heard nor will I.
The health department did do an investigation but failed to test the substance on the vents.Issued Red Lobster a citation of sort.
I will never go back there.This stuff on the vents looked like it had been there for months if not years.
If I could post pictures I would.People need to think twice about eating here.I suggest you look up at the exposed ceiling and make your own decision about eating there.
My families health means more than a full stomach.
I feel like Red Lobster should refund the price of the meal considering what we went through.

I love all of the changes and upgrades Red Lobster has made! The prices are great for our family of 4 and the special meals were plenty of food. Our server Nikko at our latest visit gave excellent service. We will definitely be back.

Shon was absolutely excellent. Her personality was breath taking and cool. I was on the phone she kept her composure really calm, still the one that apologized. Even when I changed my wine order, she was receptive and willingto make changes after my daughter spoke to her. Constantly making sure we were ok. She should train some staffs on how to make a positive contribution to Red Lobster! I give her a 10/10. I will prefer using her everytime I come to Red lobster if she’s on duty.

This was our first time dining at a Red Lobster and it was a 10/10 experience. From the moment we walked in the hostess was so warm and welcoming! Our server, Mahalia (apologies if that’s spelled incorrectly), was so attentive, knowledgeable of the menu, and had great energy. The food was delicious. Everything came out hot and fresh, nothing felt like it was sitting in the window. The margarita flights were fabulous! We will definitely be back.

We had such a wonderful experience at Red Lobster during Lobsterfest! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and family-friendly. The manager, Bianca, greeted us right away and made us feel so taken care of, which really set the tone for the evening.

Our waiter, Jason, was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating especially with our family and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell he truly cares about the guest experience. The GM, Brandon, also checked in on us and was so thoughtful and attentive, which made the night feel extra special.

And the food… absolutely phenomenal! Lobsterfest did not disappoint. everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We left full, happy, and already talking about coming back again. Thank you to the whole team for making our family dinner such a memorable one!
