The food was great and still looks exactly how the commercial make it. I remember growing up in the 90s, on Fridays we would go to blockbuster on our way home first and then head to Pizza Hut to get a couple pies. Food and service were great. As to the atmosphere, it was dull. There were no music playing, the sign outside wasn’t the neon pizza sign in the window, in fact, if you didn’t already know it’s there, you won’t! And the price is probably double that of papa John’s and little Caesar’s. All in all, because of the quality of the food and its nostalgia for me, I would always go back!

I am writing to express significant disappointment regarding a recent $100 pizza order placed for a company event. The quality of the pizza received was unacceptably poor; one item, in particular, appeared hastily assembled from mismatched pieces, with the crust noticeably incomplete, despite no special cutting instructions being provided.
This experience was highly unsatisfactory and reflects poorly on your product standards. Given the substandard quality, which raises concerns about food preparation, our company will regrettably no longer consider Pizza Hut for future catering.

On this visit I was greeted with bad customer service served with sticker shock when I found out what the Hut call “traditional wings” is really “buffalo wings” for $13 for 6. OUTRAGEOUS!! The cheezy oven backed chicken Alfredo was poorly prepared. I usually like Pizza Hut but not on this visit

My usual order is pepperoni stuff crust and it never failed my expectation as always. Service is 5 star! Employees are nice. Store is clean and just good vibes! I will definitely comeback in this store!

This pizza hut has amazing service!! 100/10 atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and very helpful especially Jillian. The manager Ressell makes sure everyone’s food is quickly and efficiently prepared.

We just received our pizzas in this condition some of the slices cannot be pulled apart without taking toppings off of the rest of the pizza. We attempted to call to rectify the situation but we were unable to get into contact with anyone since they are not answering the phone at this location. This is honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever received from Pizza Hut it’s was very disappointing since this was for a party. It would have been nice to be able to have the pizza replaced with a new one, but due to the lack of response we’re going to have to figure something else out. I would not recommend ordering from this location.

When I tell you, I love this location, Ressell is the BEST! She’s very clean, nice and professional! Ressell makes sure your food is done properly, as you request. When I tell she gives the best customer service, I just wish more businesses could have someone, as nice as, Ressell! I don’t go anywhere else, this is my go to spot and I will forever go to this location, as long as, Ressell is here!! It’s just in her heart, that’s your character I can tell! Ressell, is all about making her customers happy, by giving them, EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thanks again, Ressell for my daughter’s and I day, every time we visit! Don’t bother ordering delivery. I ordered, got a message it would be delivered in 45 min. An hour later I tried to call, you can forget anyone at the restaurant bothering to pick up. Doordarsh apparently delivers for them and tried to give me a sob story they had to wait at the restaurant while they made my food fresh. The pizza was borderline cold it had been sitting so long and the pan crust was doughy, not completely cooked.

This is the last two times I paid extra for pan pizza and they just say their dough doesn’t proof sometimes – then why are they selling it? When will they fix it? Do I get another pizza made right? Or a refund? Ever since I was a kid doing Book It, pan pizza from Pizza Hut has been my favorite pizza. Don’t go here – even the parking lot is bad.
