Our family has loved dining at Italy Grill for over 10+ years. If you are looking for a great place to get some fantastic wings then look no further! They also have the best pizza crust anywhere around. Service is always great! If you are looking for a small town feel with nig food then this is the ace for you!

Italy Grill is a fantastic spot in Lenoir! The food is always fresh, portions are generous, and the menu has something for everyone—from hearty pizzas and strombolis to classic pastas and even gyros. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome every time. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get, and it’s a great place whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or bringing the whole family. Casual, delicious, and dependable—definitely one of the best places to eat in town!

We live 30minutes from here and gladly make the drive to eat here, the food is amazing, as is the staff. The service is quick and pleasant. The food is always fresh and hot! We have tried so many different items on the menu and its all fabulous!!! We recommend this restaurant to so many others to try. I will go here over the other chain restaurants any day. Everything about it is great from the menu options to the staff. Please go and give it a try. (the lasagna, Caesar salad and Stromboli are my favorites.)

This was my first visit. Great lunch deal with lasagna, salad, bread and soda for around $9. Everything was hot with good sized portions. I wanted to try a dessert but I was too full. Our server, Jessica, was excellent. I’ll definitely come again.

Edit to add response to owner: The original review was not written the same day we ordered the food. I definitely had the tuxedo cake. It was awesome. Honestly, we threw the rest of the meal out, after eating a small amount.
My profile is new, not fake. I don’t own a restaurant although I have eaten at a great many of them all over the country.
I dont lie. The spaghetti was definitley not whole pieces, the texture of the chicken definitely was not like a real chicken breast.
I don’t know how this place gets all these good reviews. The food is just not good Italian food. The Italian Sausage Parm was cliced like pepperoni and the spaghetti it came on was cut up as well. (like for a child) The whole dish was very bland. The Chicken Parm seemed to be a chopped and formed patty with a batter type breading. The iceberg lettuce that is the salad was drenching wet. The desserts were awesome though. Especially the Tuxedo cake. I will never order the food again, but will probably order some takeout dessert.

I love Italy Grill here in Lenoir been living here 14 years and this my second time eating here and it was absolutely fantastic! My boyfriend had the Lamb Gyro Callizone and I had the Shrimp Scampi and we had fried mushrooms. AMAZING WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Bring your seasonings from home because this place does not season anything it’s unfortunate because visually the food is stunning , but taste is mid for sure better off take the drive and go to Olive Garden for the price prob won’t be coming back unless serious changes to food is made, servers where very friendly and place was comfortable but just food was a issue

Excellent pizza and the service is top notch. We had the Italian Delux 10 inch pizza, Lamb Gyro Small Calzone, bruschetta, and fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were ok, but we were very impressed with handmade, hand tossed crust. It was so fresh with crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Just perfect. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious.
