I recently moved to the area and unfortunately this is the worst Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. The service is awful compared to any other Chick-Fil-A, it’s the same service I receive at McDonald’s. They have messed up my orders, forgetting items regularly, or have taken 20-25 minutes in the drive thru and there is no apology. When they take your order, there’s no politeness or “my pleasure”. I was almost late to work and left very early to get food here but again it’s a 20-25 minute wait, they ask me to pull into a spot to bring my food out and did so to another car and the person in the car next to me waited so long they got out and went inside to complain as well. Another time, I ordered a Mac n cheese and they ran out and when asked to refund the food and repay for my new meal they said we can’t find the order to refund so gave a second milkshake when I already had one because my partner and I decided we would get something else of equal value because we were fed up and wanted to leave but it is unacceptable to not be able to refund because you can’t find an order through your system. At other chick fil a’s, they offer a cookie or offer to provide a coupon for the missing food item for another day but again the service is terrible at this location. This is only one instance, they regularly miss items and we have to check. I ordered a regular sandwich here a week ago and they gave me a spicy sandwich but I did not realize till I got home and they had closed at that point as it was after 10 pm. Spice hurts my stomach and causes severe stomach pains, and I had taken two bites into this sandwich, because they do not check their food. I’ve ordered DoorDash from here and multiple times they forget my straws, sauces, and recently added large hashbrowns to the menu which I was excited about until I order the large hashbrowns through DoorDash for them to fill it up halfway and receive the same amount of food as a small hash brown. Why would I pay for a large if I wanted the amount of a small because people at this location never want to do their job? Never in my life has this many problems happened at a Chick-Fil-A, they clearly do not care.

Very forgetful. 2x within a week I ordered from this location and they forgot my item(a chocolate chip cookie that I ordered with points). Idk if they just don’t want to give items that are paid for with points but im very annoyed that it’s happened twice now and with the same item no less. Definitely not ordering here anymore.

Worst Chick-fil-A ever! How is it acceptable? If it wasn’t because I was in a hurry I would of went inside and demanded a refund. We threw our food away! Disgusting. Avoid if you can.

One of my favorite spots in this location! Very friendly staff, and food is always good! Only suggestion for this location is to get a bigger location! They are very busy and literally have out grown this space.

I went inside today to order, the customer service was great but the food was not. My chicken deluxe sandwich was not fresh and bearly warm. I was very surprised. I have never experienced this type of food quality here at this establishment. I am very disappointed and I hope I never experience this in the future, it will take me some time before I visit this Chick-fil-A again.

Worst one in the area, unfortunately it’s the closest to my house. Food usually taste off, like the Grease is old and I’ve found hair in our salads. They have horrible quality control. Plus im always missing something out of my bag. On my most recent trip they forgot the salad dressing, sauces, and straws. So make sure to check your bag and your food

I’m very disappointed with the petty charges in this place. I ordered the salad and requested the bell peppers, apparently they don’t come with the salad anymore but the staff member didn’t charge me however, when I went to pick up the food I was told I needed to pay for the red peppers or not get them instead of giving the small bag of red peppers, feels very like a McDonalds in this place now

I absolutely hate this location. It is never a good experience at this location. Hair in my cup of water. Clearly added condiments to my mobile order, didn’t place it in there. I will not return to this location ever. So awful
