I’m not the kind of person who complaints around but I think it’s better for customers know they should check food from this place before taking it home once picked up. I ordered some food which was not bad but it was not as it was supposed to be on 01/24 at 07:54pm. The “Sicilian Cheesecake with Strawberry Topping” had NO the strawberry topping and the Breadsticks spent more time than expected in the oven. I hope it’s going to be the right way next time.

I wanted to take a moment to share the amazing experience I had with Olive Garden today. Before placing my takeout order, I called the restaurant because the last time I ordered to-go, the food wasn’t prepared the same way as when dining in. I spoke with the manager, Emily, and explained my concerns especially since I was ordering a big meal for my family of six.
From the moment she answered the phone, Emily was patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. I asked if she could please make sure my pasta was mixed properly with the fettuccine Alfredo sauce, just like when you dine in. She assured me she would personally notify the kitchen and keep an eye on my order to make sure everything came out perfect.
Not only did she do that she even left a sweet little note on my order, which made the experience feel extra thoughtful and personal.
When I got home and tried the food, I was honestly impressed. Everything tasted delicious, fresh, and prepared exactly like eating at the restaurant… just in the comfort of my home. Even my kids said the pasta was yummy! It really showed that Emily took the time to listen and that she truly cared about providing great service.
Employees like Emily are rare these days. She turned a simple to-go order into a 5-star experience, and more restaurants need people like her who take pride in what they do and truly care about the customer’s experience. I appreciate her going above and beyond she definitely deserves recognition!

Tonight we had dinner and our server was Sebas. We wanted to take the time to personally give him a shout out for his amazing service! Sebas was super friendly and very straight forward with the appetizer options and special items on the menu. He was incredibly attentive and always made sure that we were having a good time. Please choose an alternative location. I was seated and I sat for 12-15 minutes and not one person came to greet me or let me know they would be with me. I went back up front and spoke to the manager to let them know I was leaving due to lack of service and nothing was done to even try to earn my business back. Better to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

We arrived just a few mins after 3:00pm and they would not accommodate us with the lunch menu. The food was fine and considering it was fairly empty, the service was fast. While sitting, we saw two separate couples exit the restaurant from a side door after asking a hostess if they could. The hostess opened the door for both couples and they exited. As we finished, I politely asked if we can exit via that same door and we were told no. I found it odd they allowed it for two separate couples at two separate times but denied us. The atmosphere of the workers for this particular sit down was odd. I’ve been here before and the service is excellent—-not sure what’s going on with the team working the afternoon shift. But shape up and have some customer service skills or get another job.
