I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for quite a long time and I’ve had mixed experiences to be honest, but it’s to be expected it is very busy McDonald’s they do a lot of business and considering they do a pretty good job, but I will say there’s a particular gentleman that works overnight named James S and he’s one of those rare people that make you feel comfortable immediately, I had a special order which typically is not something staff love, I apologize to James and said I was sorry for making it difficult, he immediately said with a laugh “that’s not difficult, don’t worry about it it’s no problem”. it immediately put me at ease and made me feel the way I should feel as a paying customer but unfortunately that is not the typical paying customers experience at most fast food places, of course he was also very polite and accommodating . I was surprised to find out he had only been working there for two years, he was acting like someone who truly cared about the restaurant and its customers, not only for today but for the future and I thought that type of attitude deserves recognition.

I do not know why but this McDonalds located in a very busy section of FTL is always hit or miss when it comes to service. They are usually always out of something that they should Never be out of.. Like their signature HiC orange drink or Sprite or apple pies. And every since they redesigned the place with the kiosks and Uber station they have been less than excellent. I do not know if it’s just this staff or an overall declining culture of excellence across the MickeyD universe but it is disheartening. And the Prices!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with this place. The wait time was far too long, and the staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming. It honestly felt like I wasn’t a customer, but someone asking them for a favor.
The organization and service level are very poor — long lines, no attention to customers, and zero willingness to help. If you value your time and expect basic customer service, I recommend going somewhere else

I actually ordered this from Uber Eats. I usually request extra salt but tonight someone decided to be funny and made my sandwich extra salty. I mean if you don’t like your job, try something else but don’t make my life more difficult because that’s what you choose to do with your life. This burger can give me a stroke if I take another bite. The burger is definitely overcooked, looks as if it was reheated and just added a killer amount of salt on it. This is unacceptable.

This was the worst McDonald’s experience of my life. The food was disgustingly cold and tasteless, the fries felt old and soggy, and the drinks were watered down. The staff seemed completely unprofessional and indifferent — it felt like they were doing me a favor by taking my order. The dining area was dirty, tables were sticky, and trash wasn’t being cleaned up. It seems like the brand has completely forgotten about quality standards. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — a total waste of money and nerves.

It is suitable for ordering food when you are particularly hungry. Why are McDonald’s hamburgers getting smaller and smaller now? Is it because the production cost has increased? In the past, you could eat six bites of a hamburger. Now you can finish a hamburger in three bites. The food has shrunk by half. I can only say that the picture does not match the actual product and specifications.

This is the worst McDonald’s, employees are rude and slow. Nobody is really working. Some doordashers ever cancels because they wait about an hour for a pickup. Litterly the worst one. I’ve been to McDonald’s that have less employees and get the job done.
