I’m truly pissed off that this is the 2nd time that I’ve ordered the fish and grits and I have not received the biscuit that I ordered. I even mentioned to the lady who I placed my order over the phone with that I previously didn’t receive my biscuit and she wasn’t apologetic and just told me “I’ll let them know!” Well I’m not sure if she let them know because I still did t receive my biscuit.
Home fries are dry, soggy, bland tasting Ana. Likes have been cooked longer.
I asked for my fish to be fried hard/ crispy. My fish is extremely soggy. It’s tearing a part easily because it’s not crispy.
Waffle darker than I would have preferred.
I received no butter at all for grits or for the waffle and I usually receive butter.
Whoever made this order was extremely lazy and inconsiderate.
I will not be returning.
I paid nearly $40.00 and the food and service both suck.

I like the atmosphere here. Staff are friendly and pleasant.
I’ve eaten here a few times and the food has been very good. My husband was thrilled with how clean the bathroom was.
We visited this week, and he had the daily soup and club sandwich. I had a salad with grilled calabash shrimp. The broad selection of desserts looks delicious, but I have been too full each time to try something.

Absolutely loved the food and service. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Food was so delicious. Burgers and fries and onion rings (omg I loved the onion rings) Great variety on the menu, cant wait to visit again

This was I first time at this restaurant. We were greeted immediately after entering and were greeted by several staff members on our way to being seated. I ordered the gyro omelet with hashbrowns, with scrapple. My wife ordered a veggie omelet, fried potatoes, and pancakes. Everything was hot and freash. Eveything I had was very good. Everything was cooked perfect. My wife said all her food was very good. The pancakes were good and smelled great, but they are very fluffy (cake like). I also tried the coffee, I did not like the coffee. It was too weak in my opinion. Our waitress Andrea was great, professional, personable, friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The men’s bathroom was very clean, and stocked. We will return to try other things on the menu.

The food honestly was just terrible. My kids ordered waffles and pancakes. They were dry like no matter how much syrup we put on them. I ordered perch but sent it back bc it was cut up pieces of fish that resembled fish sticks. The flounder was ok I’ll give it that. All of our food came out cold, my sons home fries came out tasting like leftover yesterdays potato’s. All around it just wasn’t something I’d come back for, which is disappointing because the Concord location is soooo good.

Unfortunately after frequenting this restaurant over a dozen time and with 30,000 on good reviews, i will end my support of this location and delete my previous reviews. My recent and last visit was so eye opening and disturbing after speaking with two Co-owners, I’ll never recommend or support people whom have no respect for their loyal customers. And to the owners I spoke with .. your restaurant won’t last long because of your biases and

This location is a far cry from it used to be. Food quality has suffered a major dip and quality control in general has gone out the door. Granted some food is still decent like their breakfast skillet and their cheesesteak. However most of their food has dropped immensely in quality, taste and freshness. The staff, some nice, some meh, but a lot rude. Overall if you’re looking for good food, please use this place as a last resort option.

Service was good, as was the food and the atmosphere. But… both of us ordered the vegetable soup, which comes with the meal, and both of the spoons that our waitress provided us with had crusted food on the handle end. When I pointed this out to her, she asked if we wanted larger soup spoons?. I told her “no,” and we both wanted “clean” spoons. This is both the fault of the dishwasher and the waitress.

Consistently good diner food. The Manhattan Club is excellent. Their onion rings are made in-house and are some of the best I’ve ever eaten. The service is friendly and attentive.

Always some amazing food. Breakfast served all day long, but I was in the mood for some lasagna. It did not disappoint. So hot and smelled so good burned my tongue getting to it haha. But once I could feel my tongue again, I could taste the amazing melody of Italian flavors. My dad opted for the broiled flounder dish and he loved it. Prices are fair and service is friendly.
