Visited with the sole purpose of trying their new Maple Waffle breakfast sandwich. Looks and tasted like the waffle part was deep fried. Greasy. Very greasy. Subtle maple taste. I ordered the Ham/Egg/Cheese sandwich minus the cheese. Same ingredients that are on all their other breakfast sandwiches. Would NOT order again.

I personally love this burger king. I live closer to the one on 108th by target and that one is the worst. That location could learn a few things from this hales corners one about being friendly and efficient.

I have been coming here for more than a year but lately it has been going downhill. The employee working on the drive thru handed me my food with long dirty nails. It made me lose my appetite. No employee especially working in fast food should have those nails. Also, they take forever on making your food. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes for one sandwich which was cold too.

Advertise that they open at 7am. Pulled into drive thru at 735am and waited for 10 minutes. When we finally got a response, the very rude worker just said “we’re not open.” Lobby dark and workers visible.

We enjoyed our visit here very much. The people here work consistently and make consistent burgers that have good taste. This is very important because every other Burger King in the general area is maintained poorly. The store was clean and kept up and smelled like fresh burgers. I would recommend trying it and remember that you may have to wait a tad for your order but it’s worth waiting if it will be done right.

This is honestly the best burger king I’ve been to. The staff is amazing!! I ordered a Jr whopper with no onions. The worker said she had accidentally put onions on my whopper and instead of just putting it in the bag anyways or pulling the onions off she literally went and made me a whole new whopper!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Customer service and for actually caring about their customers!

I went into the restaurant to pick up an order to deliver and waited 10-15 mins without no one coming to the counter to help me. A heavyset man (worker) saw me waiting but he kept on drinking his coffee and walked to the back like he didn’t see me. I then decided I could get assistance if I went to the drive thru since I could hear people placing orders. I persist led and drove thur the drive thur but waited 2-3 mins and no live person offered assistance either just the automated guy. I just cancelled the order and left. This was horrible customer service especially the fact that THEY WERENT EVEN BUSY when I went in. Never giving this place service again! Hire better workers. Better bet I’m telling everyone I know NOT to go here. You’re be losing more than just me as a customer.
