I go here because it is one of the few places near my hotel that I can get (usually) decent food and a cold beer. This time was just bad. Menu for the shroom burger says mounds of fresh sautéed mushroom, as you can see from the picture, their idea of “mound” and mine must be very different. The cheese wasn’t even melted.

I will have to say that I was impressed with this place. It has been a while since I’ve been to a Red Robin’s and wonder why it has been so long. We were quickly attended to and our server, Heather, was very friendly. A couple of us had specific restrictions on food due to sensitivities which we naturally just asked for simple removal or substitutions. All I mentioned was to add a gluten free bun to my order with no added comment. As soon as she brought the food, she immediately drew my attention to even the fries that didn’t have wheat in them and alerted me of sauce that did that was on the table. I also noticed that the specific restriction orders, such as mine, was marked with a colored toothpick which I was highly grateful for. Very clean and wonderful service. Hope to be back soon!

Came for lunch and ordered the BLTA croissant sandwich and the croissant was really dry and not fresh and they hardly put any bacon on it at all. Couldn’t even hardly taste the bacon. The fries were good and hot and my chocolate shake was really yummy.

Long waits, but unlimited fries are nice. My favorite burger is the Royal Red Robin. I didn’t order it the last time I went because the waiter didn’t know what an easy over egg and they had to remake it. I thought he knew because he asked how I wanted my egg. It was sunny side up and he kept saying yeah easy over.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I was apart of a big party and we arrived before the dinner rush expecting a minimal wait. Since the restaurant was half empty these were realistic expectations. When we checked in, we were shocked to find out it was a 30-45 minute wait. So we figured it probably wasn’t that bad and we would wait it out. Only to find out after asking what was taking so long is “we were waiting a server that wasn’t scheduled to show up until 5pm”. I’m sorry, when were you going to tell us that? Then the hosts up front seated a table of 12 that showed up after we did. So I asked them why they were seated before us when we showed up before them? There response was not only rude but insulting saying that I was lying to them about when we showed up and I didn’t know what was talking about. Sorry Red Robin but you could not pay me to eat here again. Do better. Train your staff to have some manners and empathy towards others. The only person that was somewhat helpful or nice to us tonight was the general manager. Without him, we would’ve waited all night for a table. To top it all off, the fries weren’t cooked.

We came into the red Robin in Provo, we got sat and had to wait 15 min before anyone even acknowledged that we were sitting down only told by our server to wait a minute longer while he was helping others. We then had our orders taken by the manager. After we got notified that we had a different server. We waited 15 min more for our food which was brought out by a different server than ours. Our server did not ask how our food was. Has stopped by our table twice since we have had our food to offer us more to drink. We have seen him touch his hair an endless number of times, without washing his hands, another server touch her pants and apron without washing her hands and another touch her neck and bra without washing hands. We are never aiming here again.
