This was my first time at this location and it did not disappoint! Kenna was the absolute best server! She was very attentive, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I always had what I needed. She recommended the Strawberry Lemonade and it was perfect! The monster burger was very delicious and whatever seasoning they put on the fries is bomb! I will definitely be coming back and asking to be in Kennas section next time I visit!
(I have 3 stars for the atmosphere because the tables are all very close together and it was pretty loud which was not my favorite. Along with some pretty inattentive greeters. When I arrived I walked right up to the reservation counter and was not addressed or looked at for a few minutes while the three girls socialized and giggled with one another. I also received a notification that my table was ready, only to be told that it was a mistake and I would need to wait longer.)

I was pretty disappointed with this location!!! The waiter with the purple/pink hair said the manager would not accept my international drivers license as ID to buy a $5 beer with my supper. I’m a 50 year old. Hardly look 21 or younger. If I was pulled over anywhere in the whole world by a police officer, it would be acceptable as proper identification. Not for these fools here though. My passport was locked in a safe in my camper that was parked on the other side of the mall. I didn’t need a beer that bad. Now let’s get to the food problems. For one meal, we ordered the whisky River bbq chicken wrap. They didnt put any of the bbq sauce in it. Second meal, we ordered the two for one. You get to pick 2 mains, a coleslaw, and pick one side. I kept waiting for the coleslaw to come but it never did. When I was done my meal, I asked when it would be arriving. The colourful waiter acted like it didn’t include it until he checked the menu and saw that it was. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and meal. If you’re a traveller, consider going elsewhere.

Red Robin is one of our favorite burger joints. We always walk away satisfied and happy. The portions are good, the plate you get at the table looks like the pictures on the menu and the staff is friendly. We go at lunchtime and one of our favorite servers is Heather. She’s quick, accurate, and doesn’t balk at any menu changes we request!
Because I always like to include a picture with my reviews, I have today’s menu. You might ask why I don’t have a burger at a burger place and it’s something I love about their menu: I can order other options when my family wants burgers. Highly recommend Provo’s RR!

Red Robin is indeed Red Robin Yum! My family loves to come here! I love chicken anything so my favorite meals to get here are the California Chicken Sandwich and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the unlimited steak fries are amazing and their sauces are the best! I love their ranch and campfire sauce! For burgers I recommend the Royal Red Robin Burger!

I haven’t been to red Robin in almost a decade. I was so excited to Return to this restaurant and they did not disappoint. I believe our server name was Christian and he was excellent. I wasn’t sure what to get on the menu and he recommended me a few options. We also ordered a couple drinks and I had a question about one of the drinks and he was able to ask the bartender for me. Maybe he was just doing his job, but he was doing a great job. He seems like he has been at this location for a while. Definitely coming back. 10/10

The food here is good. I love the steak fries, however this last time they seemed less fresh and slightly more grainy in the center like they had been frozen. The burgers are hearty and look good. I just wish they had slightly more flavor, like a special sauce or something. It took us a while to get our food even though it wasn’t too busy when we went. The lemonade is good and not too sweet like some other places.

Red Robin was incredibly welcoming and turned what could have been an emotional, stressful day into a comforting and memorable experience. The whole team was kind and friendly from the moment we walked in, which meant a lot as we were dropping off our daughter at the MTC.
Our server Heather was absolutely wonderful and so thoughtful throughout our visit. She was warm, attentive, and patient, and she took the time to chat with us and make sure we had everything we needed, which helped us relax and just enjoy being together.
The food was delicious, our drinks stayed filled, and the timing of everything was perfect, giving us space to talk and soak in the moment as a family. The atmosphere was comfortable and upbeat, and it felt like the staff really understood that this was a special day for us.
What stood out most was how genuinely caring everyone seemed; it wasn’t just a meal, it felt like a little oasis on a big day. We left feeling full, comforted, and very grateful for Heather and the welcoming team at Red Robin for helping make our MTC drop-off day a little easier and a lot more special.

We love this location of Red Robin. The food is great. Love the bottomless fries. They make the best bunless burger around. Hubby loves the Royal Red and I love the Tavern Double. They have a server there, Vanessa, who actually remembers us and what we drink! We don’t go that often, and she is the only server anywhere that remembers us, quite surprising. She does an excellent job and takes great care of us. She definately deserves kudos for her customer service and connection.
