Worst experience ever we had. We order foot long and 6″ sub. The chicken was not cooked at all. Its a half cooked chicken. We literally trashed the entire order. Attaching the pics too. When we call and ask them, they said sorry and going to refund. Its been more than 15 days. No refund at all. When we call again they are not responding

I must say, it’s a very clean subway. The service was very friendly, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. They even wrote my children’s names on the sandwiches to avoid any confusion. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend this place.

Called to inform staff that my order was incorrect. The receipt even says “If is is not right, We will make it right.” I literally spoke to a lady who of course did not give her name, she says ok let me go and speak to the person who made your order, then she hangs up on me. I call back literally 6 times and no answer. Shame on you all. I spent $20 on a meal and just wanted my order corrected, I was polite and now I’m forced to write a review because you all refuse to right your wrong. I could let it go with a simple apology but it’s the fact that you’re just ignoring the issue and choosing not to assist. Very poor customer service. I don’t even feel comfortable eating my food, lord knows what you all even did to it.

VERY rude staff and management. Did not want to cancel my order MINUTES after it was placed due to sending it to the incorrect location. I was then told OK IT WILL BE REDUNDED WHEN THE MANAGER IS IN after I asked to speak to management. I called the following day and kept getting hung up on MULTIPLE times after calling to follow up on my refund. I wasted my lunch break and drove over just to be gaslit by staff and management about my order being cancelled the day of and that they kept hanging up on me PER the managers instructions because it was “lunch time!” So rude and unprofessional!

Honestly the kindness people work here! I was recovering from a knee surgery and even with months in between stopping in they always remember me and cheer on my recovery. Gracious, hardworking, and happy people work in the shop!
