I go to Red Robin in my home town and it’s amazing, so I was excited to see they had a Red Robin here. However, this Red Robin would’ve made me never try another Red Robin again. Our server Sam was horrible. She took our order and we never seen her again until 20mins after we were already eating. Our food took over an hr to come out and when it did come out you could tell it was left sitting in the heat lamp for a long time. The sesame seeds on the bun had a burnt flavor and half of it I couldn’t eat because the bun was too hard. Then my daughter’s pizza was just charcoal so of course she wouldn’t touch it. I had to ask two other servers for silverware and a side of ranch because my server was non existent. I will never come back here and I don’t recommend coming here. This location was such a disappointment.

Horrible service, extremely long wait for food, burnt and cold food, not even greeted by server. Waited 15 minutes after being seated not even being looked at by our server. She had gone to every table in our section multiple times yet passing by us each time and not saying a word or making eye contact. I had to walk up and ask for drinks to be put in. I asked if she was our server ( Kassidy ) and her reply was “ I don’t think so?” I said…. Well can we get one? Or get some drinks in at least? She finally came over and we got all our things sent in. It took at least 20 minutes for our food to get there. And when it finally did get there, my son’s burger bun was completely burnt but he was too hungry to wait even longer to have it fixed. And my partners food was cold. The manager did come over and apologize and offered us a free food item for next visit. But that will not be happening 🙂

Not once did our server check on us either until after we had been eating our food.
This location needs some serious work. In the kitchen department and servers especially. Also communication between hosts and servers is a MUST. Do not seat guests and then fail to notify their server…. Also… if you are a server and see that a table has been seated, the least you could do is go over and introduce yourself and get drinks in. Even when busy it takes just a few short minutes to let them know you will be right with them. Would not ever recommend to come eat here. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service and food quality here either. Not once have I had a good experience at this location.
Don’t waste your hard earned money here. Much better off at McDonald’s.

I just had the basic classic cheeseburger but the Patty was cooked perfect and all the ingredients were fresh. Also the steak fries there are great. They may just have the best burgers in Olympia.

We had a fantastic lunch at this spot during our first visit . The service was excellent! Our server was friendly and checked in on us several times to see if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. They offer a great selection of kids’ meals as well. We tried the ribs, jalapeño burger, garlic fries, and garlic Parmesan broccoli, all of which were delicious. Definitely worth a visit!

Red Robin provided a decent dining experience. Our food was fresh and delicious. However, the service was a bit slow, as we had to wait quite a while to receive our milkshake and our bottomless fry refills. Despite the long wait, the meal was good overall.

Gluten free/Celiac disease customers please read —
First off I would like to say we really liked our server ( Jacob? Jackson? ) a male with that begins with J that came from the bar.

We drove down from great wolf lodge on my son’s 11th birthday (10/13) between 8:30-9pm. There are not many gluten free options in the area but because we’ve had Red Robin before and they seem to be knowledgeable about celiac disease we chose to make the 30 minute drive to this location.

My son ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a ✨ gluten free bun ✨ because he has celiac disease. After him taking a few bites I started to get concerned because the bun looked very similar to my non-gluten free bun. Once the server came back around I asked him if the bun was GF and he confirmed it was not although that was on our ticket to get one. My son is symptomatic to his disease and started to have serious pains in his stomach about 30 minutes later. Most people with celiac disease get flu like symptoms after having a bread crumb and my son had about 4 bites of his sandwich. I feel as though 3 people are to blame for this, the cook, the server & myself for not immediately double checking but we trusted Red Robin since we have never had an issue in the past. In the end they took his order off our bill ( 10$ ) and gave us a card for a free milkshake after essentially poisoning my son. Yes, poisoning ( and if you aren’t familiar with how gluten destroys a persons villy and intestines please educate yourself before you think I’m being dramatic )

Took my kids to dinner. Had to wait for the hostess. Eventually she showed up and offered us restaurant or bar. We opted for bar.

When the server came for our drinks order, only 1 of us got an alcoholic drink. 2 of us opted out because we were driving and the 3rd doesn’t drink. Kids ordered their food (I’d already had dinner). Took over 40 minutes to get the food. When it finally came, they didn’t get the garlic fries they’d ordered (nevermind the $2.99 upcharge). I mentioned it, so he went to the bartender and let her know. Her response to him was “if you want food and not drinks don’t come to the bar!” (we were sitting at the table farthest from the bar). When he came back, he slammed the dish on the table and walked away. We never saw another member for the rest of our meal. No fries or drinks refills.

Won’t be going there again. EVER.

Service started off a bit slow, but ramped up to be rather exceptional. The pretzel bites were very good, and while I wish the burger was a tad bit larger, it was really good. The garlic were okay, definitely devoured them, but I yearned for regular fries, which were offered to me after my friend and I finished eating. Wouldn’t mind coming back.

I just left Red Robin with an order I placed to go.. total bill-$54.00. Had one glass of wine while waiting for my order of crispy chicken salad and combo of fried shrimp and bbq chicken breast. The only thing good from it all?… the wine and the fries. The shrimp and the chicken for the salad were cooked so much and so hard, we literally could not eat them! They used to be such a great place to eat, but not now. So sad!
