They actually read your order back to you here. Just like the Chick-fil-A next door. Great customer service is still valued in the community. However, the last time I went to this mcdonalds I pulled up to pay for my steak egg and cheese McMuffin and the cashier was inpatient with me as I struggled to get the rest of the change our of my middle console to pay for the food. She insisted I give what I got and move forward. So I did. Money is not an issue. I felt rushed and not valued as a customer that day. I value good customer service over everything. I assume the speed and flow of the line is more important to this employee. I need it few extra seconds and she rushed me along. I woke up early just so if have time to stop there before work. Not happy with that service.

Looking at your 3.6 average makes sense im not even one to write reviews but the incompetence of the staff is unbelievable made and online order no one could find. I was ignored by the manager on site for at least 7 minutes as she yells here it is i found it ..playing Marco polo with food . the seen was chaotic unorganized and the fact that they all looked like mid 30 to 50 year old

An actual McDonald’s that appears to be staffed properly, happy, laughing, and all getting along. Delicious, piping hot food came out pretty quick for being 9 am, and made to order for my autistic hubby. Maybe y’all should take notes on how this place is run. I’ll definitely be back here again. Oh yeah! Their system actually works properly for rewards! Thank you ladies for a scrumptious breakfast!

Big arch was pretty good, service at this location can be very slow, avoid the drive thru if possible. Fries and nuggets are often cold, you can ask them to make it fresh but then the service is even slower.

I Didn’t even get my food! I was in the drive-through and I saw my order given to the vehicle in front of me. The drive-through attendant made the vehicle stop return the order and she gave them a new order. When I came up to the drive-through window, she tried to give me the order that had already been in somebody else’s vehicle. I asked the attendant for a fresh meal, not given to somebody else at which point in time she cussed and threw the meal in the garbage. I drove away upset never getting my food. If the attendant knows the food was in somebody else’s vehicle, they shouldn’t be trying to give it to some other customer. terrible location, terrible service.

Came here to get a quick by to eat. Ordered 2 mocha frappes and a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. I’ve been sitting in the drive through for about 25 minutes already. So that’s a little aggravating. Especially considering that it’s 10:45PM so it’s not as if it’s the lunch or dinner rush. And there’s only 3 cars in front of me, so I’m just genuinely not sure what the wait is about. The food was warm, the fries had not a single grain of salt on them though. The only amazing thing was the frappes- like they always are. So if you’re not in a hurry, I would recommend coming here.

Have went here twice in last 2 weeks. Both times cash only. Second time I sat on drive through for over 10 minutes and said hello twice to be ignored. I drove around and the girl gave me major attitude when I told her I sat for that long and said hello and no one answered. She got utterly pissed when I asked if I could order at the window before giving me a nasty look and telling me it’s cash only. Need new management and employees. Was around 10pm when I came.

Came here at about 1am to pick up an order. Waited about 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker and no one got to me so I went inside. The dark skin manager with the long braids was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even ask me the name on order or anything and she gave me an attitude the entire time and was extremely dismissive. As I was walking out Melissa (the woman cleaning the dining area) even apologized to me for the way the manager was treating me. I understand that it was probably a long night and the manger was maybe upset but that’s no way to talk to anyone.

Every time I go I’m always asked to pull to the curb and wait. It’s always 10 minutes or more until I get my food. Prepping at 11 for the 12 o’clock rush would be a good idea.

THIS LOCATION JUST LIKE MOST, NOW ARE PUTTING ALL THEIR ENERGY AND ATTENTION TO DRIVE THRU. I WAS ONCE TOLD BY A MANAGER THAT CORPORATE IMPLEMENTED THAT PRACTICE. YOU CAN’T ORDER AT COUNTER BECAUSE THEY ARE BOTHERED. WANT CUSTOMERS TO USE KIOSKS. MCDONALD’S HAS GONE DOWN HILL, SADLY OUR SON LOVES THEY’RE CHEESEBURGER. GUESS WE WILL HAVE TO INTRODUCE HIM TO WENDY’S.
