Food was good, ribs little burnt but some like that. The bread was ok. Margarita was trash. It was watered down. Sugarded rim despite asking for salted. Service was slow and our waitress never filled our drinks. If I hadn’t wanted a steak so bad I wouldn’t have come out here. Good food doesn’t compensate for poor service.

A good consistent place , you know what you’re getting. Good food, good atmosphere and good service. Always with a smile . Went there for dinner . Got seated fast. The waitress was nice , checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was ok.

Love the experience and Mitchell is a great waitress. The food is delicious, maybe less salt on the fries Not ready to die from cardiac arrest The bread and the whipped butter will fill you up. It’s so good, you’ll continue to binge eat if you don’t learn to say stop. Waitress always checking on you and asking if you want more refill on your drinks. Definitely visiting again.

Easily this is the best longhorn location than any of the other ones I’ve been to in charlotte as a resident for years. Our server Sofia was very polite and attentive to our needs and took the time to engage and also let us enjoy our food, would definitely ask for her specifically next time as she seems like such a bright person to be around. Food came out in a timely manner and our booth was very clean, 10/10

I picked up my order last night. When I got home, I discovered there was hair in my food. I reached out to the location before they closed and no one answered. I followed up this morning and spoke to the manager. He was very uninterested in assisting and stated the only way I could receive his assistance is if I came back to the store before the end of today. Basically if I were to come back tomorrow, he can’t help me. This is very odd and I’ve never heard of managers requiring you to come back to the location within 24 hours to receive your refund or a remake. I’ll just go through the better business bureau and corporate for assistance and proper customer service because I refuse to eat from this location again.

This place was good. It was V’Day so it was super crowded, nevertheless food and service was great. The only thing they need to improve on really is the service. I watched one server break her neck while others just stood in cliques and watched… Not cool
Management shood have seen that. And whoever works the bar area. It should not only be one person. It should definitely be two people at that area at all times. Quick cheat code, if you’re looking for a fast way to enter, go sit at the bar and skip the line.

Decided to meet a small group of friends to reveal the gender of our baby. Yes I get it was a Friday night but the service was very disappointing. We picked here because we normally have good experiences. The manager on this shift was Amazing though she came and engaged at the table. Our server Sam was not attentive any time we would say something he would run off and we couldn’t finish saying what we needed. Very dry sense of humor no personality terrible customer service. We ordered drinks that took forever to get drinks came out right before the food. The shaker on my margarita top was stuck the top was sticky needed to be washed!!!!! I ordered broccoli with cheese it came out with no cheese they took my plate back and microwaved it. Partner ordered a med well steak it was well done same as my nieces steak. Very disappointed all in all over the whole dinner for such a beautiful reason to gather together!!!!!!!

I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding leadership of Manager Q at LongHorn Steakhouse. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the atmosphere of this restaurant reflects the care and professionalism of its management.
Manager Q goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcomed and valued. During my visit, I noticed how attentive and approachable he was not just with me, but with their entire team and other guests as well. He checked in at our table personally, making sure everything was perfect, and his genuine warmth made the experience stand out.
What really impressed me was how smoothly everything ran. You can tell the staff respects and appreciates working under him. There was a clear sense of teamwork, positivity, and pride in their work. That kind of culture doesn’t happen by accident; it’s a reflection of great leadership.
It’s rare these days to see a manager so hands-on, personable, and committed to both the guest experience and their employees’ success. Because of Manager Q, I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this LongHorn to family and friends. They truly set the bar for what excellent management looks like in the restaurant industry.

I love their food. My friend mentioned they heard the salmon was really good there. I’d been wanting some and had recently had a steak, so that’s the way I went. It sounded good on the menu, but it was a big disappointment to me. This particular dish is why I gave it three stars. Normally they’re spot on, of course with their steaks. Btw, the porterhouse is awesome and I have plenty to bring home. To me it’s worth the price.
