When I tell you KFC Sandersville GA showed out…they showed out! There was a mishap after our dear loved ones funeral and our family needed chicken ASAP for the repass. KFC Sandersville GA without hesitation came thru and cooked 100 pieces of chicken for us in less than 30 min. All the chicken was cooked all the way thru too! On behalf of my family we would like to say thank you so much! We would like to especially thank the GM Calvin Tucker, the manager on duty Christine Wimbley, and of course the cook Antonio Williams! Everytime I go into this establishment they never have what you want to order. If you know your low on items why not do your job and cook chicken please. On the other hand the biscuits are not up to standard anymore, chicken half done, drinks watered down, customer service ridiculous. I’m never ever going back.

Downloaded the app, went to window to pickup, was told had to come inside, order was suppose to be ready at 745, they completed the order when we walked in. It is 808 and I am still waiting on my order at the counter. Noone in here is handling business as it should be handled. I will never return to this place of business. There are other businesses that appreciate you more. The sign in here says treat every guest like a friend in your home! Oh my, I do not want to be a part of this home.

Food was delicious as alwaya. But girl working the drive thru, RUDE! Odered an 8 piece bucket. Cut me off before i could order anything else. Drove to window to finish ordering. Girl kept rolling her eyes and being rude as i tried to finish my order. Fella who handed me my order was polite in finishing my experience.

For last few times I went to the restaurant (KFC), Iwas unpleased with my service/order. First, operation hours are on the door, but when you get there 30-45 minutes before said closing they don’t have the food out you want and are not cooking anymore
You have to buy what’s available under the warmer but you are still open and go 30 minutes before closing! My visit I was dumbfounded. Items left sandwiches and items left out of meal box. Was instructed to park while order was prepared and order was not made according to KFC menu offers. No pickles on chicken little sandwiches and no biscuit in 3 piece tender meal. Cashier did not ask for sauce flavor plus none were placed in box. This need to improve its service!
