There is one side is where you can sit eat and other area more like a bar with tv.
I did have a hard time finding their restaurants or see their sign. So I did I wish they make a sign much bigger and light up to spot them.
The waitress was good and professional.
I order chicken spaghetti and Chipotle seafood soup. The seafood soup was delicious and have rights amount of spice.
I feel spaghetti was missing a favor to pop up. But it cook right and chicken were tender.
I did feel their food cost was very reasonable. I’m glad I got this order because it came with vegetables and soup.
I don’t like when staff tried to tell me I’m wrong when it’s obviously an issue. And you need to teach your servers to check back when people actually eat the food, not after they bring it. I hate that when they drop the dish and then they come back around 30 seconds later. Say how’s everything when we haven’t even tried and then they disappear and I have to try to track somebody down when there is a problem. He was super kind and friendly but just liked a little bit of service skills. And your manager needs to be checking on your tables, not running food, I used to be a GM and it drives me nuts that you utilize your management as an hourly employee instead of letting them pay attention to what’s happening inside of your restaurant. If he would have been touching tables he would be a more in touch with what’s happening in your kitchen and with your staff, but no, you instead have a highly paid food runner. If you’re trying to make up labor with management, you running your business incorrectly…
Food was average, nothing special. Most people in the group made comments about things tasting just ok, so it wasn’t just me.
We had tres leches cake and it was really dry.
Not a ton of people were in the restaurant but it was surprisingly loud.
They do have lots of parking, so that was nice.
My advice would be to jazz up the menu a bit, I hope that’s what you’re testing with the specials.
! Our waitress suggested us getting the Cajun chicken pasta with tortellini and penne instead of fettuccine and it was incredible.
The special was pork chops and that one was good but not as good as the pasta.
We also got a steak bruschetta twist with caramelized onions appetizer (also a special and my mouth waters just thinking about it!
Last but not least we got the banana cream pie with caramel drizzle it was the best I’ve ever had.
As for that food, we had the club sandwich, the bacon mac and cheese pasta, and the Reuben–of the three the Reuben was the best, though that’s probably because that’s a top notch sandwich in general. The club was rather dry and a little boring. The soups–chicken rice and the chowder–weren’t bad but average. Same for the pasta.
We had heard the desserts were great, and with 12 options prepared by a pastry chef, that was promising. They were fine. Huge slices, and I mean huge, but just fine. The crust on the pies weren’t flaky and proper but the custard filling was good with lots of meringue and whipped cream. The cherry berry torte was good, and I really appreciated the use of real whipped cream in plentiful quantities.
I would probably give it higher ratings if it weren’t for the price. At $16-19 per sandwich I don’t think it delivers more.
