As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Service good but all burgers tasted like nothing but sweet pickles. For context I absolutely hate sweet pickles. I was not aware they used sweet pickles. Otherwise, would have asked for no pickles.

Food was amazing. The service through the drive thru was horrible. I asked for a drink carrier at the window cause it was 3 drinks and I was alone in the car… was told you have to ask for that when placing your order not at the window….
Since when??? Then ask for honey mustard sauce for popcorn chicken that was apart of my order….. was told I have to charge you for the sauce?? I have popcorn chicken in my bag and u have to pay for the sauce??? Was told there was already sauce in bag…. there was nothing in the bag but 3 napkins…. country club rd checkers need a new driver thru cashier….I use to love going to them as they was always amazing but rudeness will cancel that every time…. the crew cooking the food orders… thanks love it was delicious as always…. get it together checkers…. may that crew member have a blessed day as well…..smh

We have visited this location twice, it is new and easily accessed! Both times food and drinks have been prepared correctly and quickly. Fries have been perfectly hot and salted just how we like it. We have only gone late at night so there has never been a wait for us. This location has a walk up window to order and several tables outside as well as 2 drive through windows.

I ordered the Fry Lovers XL… Was woefully disappointed in the quality & quantity. This used to be a go to staple on my diet cheat day menu… They have now reduced the amount of fries you receive by +/- 30% (placing them in a drink cup) and the fries are very rarely ever HOT & FRESH now… I expected at least fresh for almost $5 for just an order of fries.

The drive-thru attendant was friendly and professional. Our order accuracy was excellent on 2 combo meals purchased for my family that were special order items…
TL:DR:
ordered $5 worth of guaranteed hot fries… received $1.50 of grease filled limp fries that had to be at least hours old….
Final thoughts ——–
Checkers & Rallys franchise locations have always been a better option than their competitor’s with freshness of their meal offerings; as well as pricing… This is my go-to on the rare occasion we have fast food and I hope that this isn’t a shift in quality among all of their locations. Do better guys…

02/22/24 The night crew provided the worst customer service ever. I stood at the window for 5-6 minutes and observed both the drive-thru employee and the cook using their phones. When I realized they weren’t going to acknowledge me, I tapped on the window. The drive-thru lady looked at me, rolled her eyes, and then slowly walked over. After she did that, I walked off, got into my car, and left.
