I’m glad Red Lobster is doing better, it’s very nostalgic and I’m happy things are coming back, the food was OK, our main dishes were ok, but the lobster bisque and the clam chowder left a lot to be desired, without the oyster crackers it would’ve been pretty nasty, I ordered a margarita flight and they were delicious, a little water down, but I understand it being a flight you’re not gonna get the full amount, but they were really good. The best part obviously was the cheddar Bay biscuits those have always been delicious and I don’t foresee them never not being that great the service was a little slow. She was very friendly very professional and very polite. I just took a long time to have follow ups or to get our check order to get cashed out, the atmosphere was nice, but it’s still kind of stuck back in the day. I feel like it needs to be revamped a little bit I like the nostalgia, but I feel like updating the interiors and the restaurants in general would benefit them as well, just my two cents, but all in all, they have definitely gotten better and they are definitely on the right track, but the food quality needs to improve for sure.

We had a wonderful experience at Red Lobster Waterford! Our server CHRISTINA was amazing! The food was delicious and came out quickly. Christina was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Great drink specials. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and perfect for a family dinner. We will definitely be returning!

My husband and I ate here yesterday and we had a wonderful experience! We were greeted immediately by the host and hostess at the wait stand, it didn’t take long for the server to greet and take care of us and every single employee that we encountered was friendly and welcoming. We sat in the bar area and the server was busy and she did a great job balancing all of the work she had. The manager stopped by and greeted us, also, which I thought was a nice touch. I really enjoyed our experience and just want to give a shoutout to the restaurant for their professionalism and kindness. These days it really goes a long way. ☺️

From the moment you get to the door you are greeted with a smile from the host. She held the door and then sat us with a soft but amazing smile and attitude.
The server Heather was absolutely top notch from her first hello to bagging our dessert.
Extremely knowledgeable about everything and always a smile.
Now the Culinary Manager Diana was the most enjoyable person I have had the pleasure to speak with in some time.
She wanted us to have a legendary experience and she far exceeded that by miles.
She was polite, very friendly, an amazing outgoing personality and was just a pleasure to speak with and meet.
The food (Mariner Boil) was the best lobster I have ever eaten. Extra spice set the whole thing on fire and crunchy potatoes and corn that was crunchy to eat which is delicious.

Tonight we had Tasha M and it was a Birthday party for one of our members of our dinner group. When we came in,it wasn’t busy, but the night went on it did get busier. But Tasha M, wasn’t very attentive. We had to ask for everything, all our refills and we had to wait for the biscuits more than times. The Manager Craig did stop by our table at the beginning which was nice. But most of our servers in the past have all been excellent so tonight was disappointing . We are in a Dinner Club and we go out to dinner every Saturday night. We love this Restaurant but tonight wasn’t as nice as before.

I wanted to give my daughters their first experience of red lobster A restaurant I love so much. but the environment as soon as my family walked in wasn’t welcoming we had to wait for a seat which wasn’t bad at all but the feeling of them not exactly wanting to seat us was lingering. the bread we received that I raved about to my girls was cold. This experience was Not the best i wanted to walk out multiple times in between receiving my appetizers and my food. In all honesty bad service can ruin the experience of food. To pay a 200 dollar bill and feel like you waisted money. And our dinner looked great. but our mood hurt the entire experience.

Came for my son’s bday and everything was AMAAZING!!! The server Hayden was the best hands down and the manager Craig was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us. We sat outside and the environment was amazing!! Thanks for making tonight spectacular for us 3!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Red Lobster thanks to our server, Christina Caban. From start to finish, she was outstanding, professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure our table had everything we needed and did it all with a smile that made us feel welcome and valued.

She made great recommendations, checked on us often without ever being intrusive, and truly delivered customer service at the highest level. It’s rare to find someone so pleasant and dedicated to making sure guests have the best experience possible. Christina made our visit feel special, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work.

Red Lobster is lucky to have her on their team. She’s a superstar and the reason we’ll definitely be coming back along with the great food. Thank you for making our night so enjoyable!

Savannah was an amazing server..her service made the evening a great experience. Super pleasant and accommodating. We went in for Lobster fest and unfortunately the lobster was tough and hard to chew…the lobster au gratin didn’t taste fresh…When the meal didn’t turn out so well she offered to get us a different option and tried to fix our meal. Her service and personality was worth 5 stars! I would recommend anyone that goes to this location to ask to be served by Savannah…

My family loves Red Lobster. My mother especially. I live in Altamonte Springs FL. We use to have a Red Lobster right here. It closed. So I try & take my parents to Waterford Lakes as much as possible. It was Valentine’s day my mom asked if Red Lobster was still open. So I took my parents out there. Craig the manager was very nice & a big help. It was really busy I never made reservations in the past we always just showed up. I called ahead & he explained about the waiting time. So yes we waited over an hour to be seated but it was my own fault will remember in future make a reservation. Anyway it was well worth the wait. My parents were happy the food was Excellent! The service was great!
Our server that evening was Leilani. She was awesome!! Made our experience even better. A few months earlier we were there. I still have the names of manager/servers etc that helped. I said I was going to do a survey then forgot so if we could recognize
Scott, Ricky, Hannah & Mike they were great!
We always love Red Lobster the food & service is always excellent!
Hopefully sometime soon they will open one back up near me.
