We always come to this location and we always have a great experience! The workers are super nice and the food is just so delicious! The line in the drive thru is pretty long but it goes fast. I can’t wait to go back!

This has nothing to do with food. The customer service here is very poor. Attention to details, to be precise. I’ve had several carry out orders, all with something wrong. Friday night was no different. The sauces are ordered online with everything else. Yet no one could be bothered to insure they’re included. It wouldn’t be so bad but the entire staff behind the counter seemed like they were at middle school recess. If I hadn’t checked for this, it would’ve just been one more disappointment when arriving home.

The boys and I had a fantastic meal. I absolutely loved the grilled chicken nuggets. The staff all smiled at us and were very helpful anytime we needed anything. The outdoor seating area was clean and cozy… great example of what Chick-fil-A should be!

I was accidentally given the spicy southwest salad instead of the market salad. I tried one piece of chicken to see if I could eat this salad so I didn’t have to go back. Too spicy. I went back to get the salad I originally asked for and told them I did have one piece of SW salad. They wanted that salad back just to throw out!! This perfectly good salad I could have given to a displaced person right outside of their restaurant. I was told they have to physically exchange the salad per their policy. Even though they messed up (which isn’t really a big deal). They said I could have paid for it if I wanted to keep it… I was just floored they would just throw it away!!!

The SLOWEST CFA I’ve ever been to. The gal taking orders in the drive through added food to my order, and a drink which added time to the whole process because she didnt understand how I didn’t ask for or want it. Ohhh, ok then.
Now I understand how her side was taking so long. The trainee on the other side was super fast and 4 cars got through before us.
Having to pull forward in a cramped parking lot for a small nugget only is crazy. Do better.

Service was amazing, they were attentive and caring, but the chicken was mid compared to most ChickFilA locations. It didn’t have the balance of moistness and crispiness that is staple of their chicken sandwiches. Instead was slightly soggy on the outside and dry on the inside.
