The staff at this location is top notch. And you never know when you’ll meet a TOR volunteer in Pasadena, but we were delighted to have a few minutes of Arnie’s time. He’s the hospitality director and the staff there emulate kindness and compassion. We interacted with several staff members and they were each quick to help and pleasant. I loved that this location has 2x the amount of seats as a normal store it seems, and they have good outdoor seating options as well. Parking is tight, but doable! Would definitely return.

I was interested in stopping by and seeing what this location at the intersection of Colorado and Bonnie Avenue had to offer. It is a nice area to walk. The patio side is a great place to eat, study, and read.
The food was okay. I’m not sure what I was expecting. The waffle fries had no flavor. The nuggets were crisp and tasty but expensive. I also tried a kale salad with the Chick-fil-A dressing and it was all right. I did have a large cup of coffee which was very good.
Service was good but almost mechanical. I know it’s fast food but I do like people to be themselves and show personality. Chick-fil-A has its identity and they are known to be very consistent across many locations. When I go back to this location I will order the original chicken sandwich with the waffle fries.
Because this establishment is across from the college, this location is very popular. The drive-thru is always busy!
They have a large parking lot in the back off the Bonnie Avenue entrance.
It can be expensive. Pay attention when you order!

You already know Chick-fil-A is good, but the one on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena really hits different. Even when the place is absolutely slammed—which is basically always since it’s right in the heart of everything—the staff there is so incredibly fast and genuinely nice. They’ve got that drive-thru and mobile pickup down to a science, so you’re never actually waiting as long as the line looks. The food is always super fresh and hot, the fries are never soggy, and honestly, the vibes are just great for a quick lunch while you’re out and about. It’s definitely my go-to spot in the area when I’m craving a solid chicken sandwich and actually want to be treated like a human being. 10/10, they never miss!

This is the worst Chick-fil-A you can go to in Pasadena. You are better off going to the one on lake. They actually have great customer service there and they don’t get your order wrong. Ordered. A deluxe sandwich and they gave me a spicy sandwich with just the bread and the chicken. Tried calling them multiple times more than five and nobody answered the phone. They also failed to give me my receipt. Will definitely be contacting corporate because this is not the service that I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A

Customer service and well maintained facilities always standout at Chick-fila-A and this was no surprise at this location. Was greeted upon entering by an extremely welcoming staff member. Food was presented and tasted exactly as you would expect at any other location. A staff member came by a couple of times making sure all was in order.
During the evening, this location’s drive-thru was busy during our visit.

I just had the most awesome time at this Chick-fil-A in Pasadena! The place was super clean, and the staff was like, totally on point with the friendliness.
I grabbed the classic chicken sandwich, and it was so fresh and delicious. The waffle fries were perfectly crispy, and the lemonade was legit refreshing. The drive-thru was quick, and I was out of there in no time.
This spot is for sure a must hit for anyone around here. I’m already stoked to swing by again soon!

This location is has amazing Management and staff, great leadership, and excellent customer service by the whole team. Such a great and peaceful place to enjoy some yummy food and drinks, family nights are awesome and so needed. Keep up the amazing work you all are doing. Great location, easy to walk to from hotel in Pasadena. Staff was helpful and pleasant. They really do say “my pleasure” LOL! The pretzel bun chicken club was delicious! Waffle fries were yummy too. Nice place!
