This was my first time eating here. I got the smash burger and fries. And also got a side of mac and cheese. The food was very good and the portion sizes were nice. The waitress (I think it may have been Nicole, but am not certain) did a great job. She stopped by the table probably at least 4 times. The person running the cash register was very friendly as well. I will be back.

A solid stop for lunch with a great conversation with owner and manager. They are starting slow with the menu and about to make a major ramp up of their BBQ and smoked meats offerings. This is a scratch kitchen where it’s all made there including sides. Pulled pork was tender, brisket had some amazing flavors coming through. For only being open a week, I thought they were great! We went for breakfast. The food was good, servers very attentive, the place was clean and the prices were fair. I’m sure it will only get even better as they get more experience. Great job! The bad reviews are from people that went on the first day. Woodburn is a small town. So a new restaurant opening is a big deal. They were super busy. We went a week later, waited the standard time for our food and walked right in to a table. Not sure what people expected for opening day of a restaurant.

Went in for breakfast with three of my sisters. Got seated right away, fairly busy. Plenty to choose from on the breakfast menu. Prices are great, food was really good and service was good. Didn’t take long at all to get our food. Can’t wait to go back for some barbecue…

I’m not one to leave reviews and I get it was the grand opening.. I expected a wait. But definitely not 2 1/2 hours to get our food.. and the kicker, my food was wrong when we did receive it. our server only checked on us once between ordering and receiving the food. We had to ask multiple times for them to refill our drinks. I only really saw 2 people actually working hard and was concerned for their tables. Multiple people left before getting their food. People who came after us received their food before us. I might try it again in a few months to see if they have anything figured out, but this is the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant.

Our takeout order was wrong, even after being repeated back to us. We ordered 3 burgers and there was only one family dining in at the time and we still had to wait when we went in for pickup. Food was mediocre and nothing better than you could get from the bar in town. Our fries were cold and needed reheated at home (we live 2 mins away). We may give breakfast a try still, but won’t be going back for lunch or dinner.

Service, not good. Food, average at best. Waitress, good. Kitchen, need to learn how to do more than 1 or 2 plates at a time. Hour twenty minutes from order to food is just too long even when busy. Need to spend more time getting food out instead of walking around providing apologies and excuses. Won’t last long at this rate. Sorry, but good luck.

We were there for breakfast March 2nd. The hostess and front manager came to our table and spoke to us a couple of times. The food was very good and priced reasonably. The one thing that impressed me the most was the front of the house staff all stopped work, gathered at the hostess stand, and said a prayer. This is something they plan to do every morning before starting their day.
