What is wrong with this restaurant? Charging $18.50 for an arepa like this is outrageous. When I opened the order, it was mostly filled with salad, with barely any meat or cheese. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete rip-off. The quality is terrible, the portion is insulting for the price, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. This place is absolutely deplorable and I will never order from here again.

I tried the Chicken Pepito Mix, and it tasted amazing — full of flavor and very satisfying. The chicken burger was also really good. The place has a great vibe, and it was a whole new experience for me.
Definitely worth trying if you want something different and tasty!

My wife introduced me to this place years ago. Food is always very good! However, it has become so expensive that for the same price we can go to a fancy restaurant down the street for less money. And to top it off- i got water (tap water)& my wife ordered orange juice. I love the food, but if I’m going to spend $40-$50 per person, I would rather be served in a nice restaurant.

If you’re wandering through Pepito’s Plaza in Doral, you’ll discover one of Miami’s most talked-about comfort food joints tucked into an unlikely spot off a gas station lot — and it’s absolutely worth the detour. Known for its vibrant blend of Latin and American fare with Venezuelan soul, Pepito’s Plaza serves up a menu that’s both bold and satisfying. Classics like juicy burgers, hearty pepito sandwiches, flavorful arepas, tequeños, and parrilla criolla showcase rich, well-seasoned ingredients that keep locals and visitors coming back.
The atmosphere here is lively and casual — perfect for a quick lunch break, late-night bite, or a relaxed meal with friends. Service is generally friendly, and the kitchen moves with pace, though peak hours may bring longer waits. While some diners note that portions and pricing can feel a bit high for a fast-casual experience, the overall quality and bold flavors make it stand out among local Latin eateries.
Whether you’re a longtime fan of Venezuelan street-style eats or just curious about hearty, flavor-packed comfort dishes, Pepito’s Plaza delivers a fun and tasty experience you won’t forget.

One of the best places I have ever visited! I’ve been a loyal client for many years, and the food has consistently maintained its incredible flavor and quality. The owners are some of the friendliest and kindest people you’ll ever meet. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to enjoy a welcoming atmosphere and the best Venezuelan cuisine.

Before the food was good, right now it is the second time of a bad experience here, the arepa filling was cold, the roasted cheese was cold, and the most unsatisfactory thing was to find 5 people talking to each other about personal things inside, so that my order took half an hour, they are not the same!!

I love all of you. The thousands who has tremendous experiences that I craved. I was that lowly one. I’m the exception. I got the worst of the worst. Frozen patty not fully cooked. Day old toppings. I’m sure they’re fantastic but not on this try. Drop the ball completely. Worst burger over ever had. Literally. I mean. When I buy frozen ones and barely cook them at home they’re far beyond this trash. Dude. Legit raw beef. Raw. Enjoy
