If you like blue rare to rare meat, chicken breast with bones and mostly fat, and requests for something cooked medium to go ignored then this is the place for you! This is definitely not my kind of place and would never go back under any circumstance. We had a table of 8 and only the two people on the end of the table were given meat and had to pass it down to the others.
Also would have thought there would be grilled shrimp or similar. Yeah, it’s a “steakhouse”, but they also had chicken and sausages.
Even though we had a reservation, we still waited about 10–15 minutes. The main reason was that we were a party of two, and larger groups were being seated faster since the tables fit them more easily. Still, the service was exceptional.
They have a salad bar and several other options, and for birthdays they offer a free dessert. We were already too full, but they kindly brought us a banana dessert anyway.
Overall, the quality and taste of the food were amazing—especially for us since we are very picky. Honestly, even 5 stars doesn’t feel enough for this place. Highly recommended!
our waitress tried her best but with lack of support elsewhere it was just rough.
– you will leave hungry
– absolutely no teamwork
manager never came to our table after waitress said she’d have him stop by twice because we could not get meat to our table; which we didn’t want, we just wanted food
never even got the chance to turn my card from green to red
still tipped 20% because our waitress did try her best, just no help behind her efforts
Patricia was amazing. She was warm, welcoming, and so pleasant to talk with. She shared stories about her experience living in Brazil, which made the evening feel even more authentic and personal. She was attentive without being overbearing and made sure our family had everything we needed to enjoy our meal and time together.
Her kindness and genuine personality left a lasting impression on all of us. In fact, as soon as we got into the car to leave, my husband and daughters couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful she was and how much they enjoyed her.
The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was great, but Patricia’s exceptional service truly made the experience unforgettable. We will definitely be back and hope to see her again. Highly recommend this restaurant for both the incredible food and the outstanding service!
It was extremely busy (as we were expecting) and we were very patient/understanding… but every meat that was brought out to us was way more rare than we would ever eat. Our waitress helped us request the meats that we wanted at the temperatures we preferred. We sat there for almost 2 hours waiting for 3 different meats, and when the garlic picahna was finally brought to us last that was “medium well”, we were again brought bloody red steak. The kitchen staff also said they made medium well flank steak for us earlier and we had turned it away, but every time we were offered the flank steak it was already cut into and we saw that it was bloody/rare.
Our waitress Hannah was doing so much to help us, I swear she checked on us every 5 minutes and repeatedly went to the kitchen to make sure the medium well items requested were actually being made and taken out – she was repeatedly met with attitude by the staff (as we could see through the glass into the kitchen). She is seriously one of the most kind & considerate waitresses we’ve ever had and I felt horrible that she was being treated this way just for doing her job.
A singular manager stopped by to briefly check in when we were first seated, but was very hasty. There were 3-4 managers there for sure (we go enough to know who they are) and, as we were dealing with these issues repeatedly, they were told about it and never even stopped to talk to us about it.
I’m not saying we will never go here again because we genuinely love it – but this was such a sucky experience as we just wanted to have a nice delicious dinner together while my mom watched our 2 month old for us.
It makes me wonder if people’s brains sees if it is expensive at all, then somehow that equates to quality. NOT THE CASE. I will never return to this place. It’s a joke to me. Except its not funny.
One more thing. If it’s your birthday, they come out with an empty plate that has nothing on it but a weak candle for a kids cake. And they write happy birthday on the plate. Like, what is the point of that?? It’s like a slap to the face because the food is already a joke, youre spending your hard earned money, then they come out to you with that bs.
Overall, terrible experience, overpriced, and just not a good place if you want a memorable experience. I was better off eating the money I spent on this waste of time. None of food made me go “wow this is delicious.”
