Grabbed some chicken minis and a chicken biscuit for breakfast. The food was tasty and as ordered. Had a couple issues in the drive thru. When I pulled up they tried to take my order from the speaker in the other lane. I kept telling them I was in the other lane. It took 3 times to get them to the right speaker. Then it just took a long time t I get mybfood. There was only three cars on front of me, but it just seemed to take several minutes per car to get my food. It was still good and everyone was freindly.

We ordered food on the app to pickup in drive through and we got home and my sandwich which was supposed to be a chicken egg and cheese biscuit is just a chicken and cheese biscuit but it looks like someone smashed it! The biscuit isn’t even a biscuit anymore. I don’t know if someone was angry or what but I also ordered a plain biscuit for my daughter and it was a perfect biscuit. I would say just check your order before leaving….

Never had Chick-fil-A till now. I enjoyed a deluxe meal with a iced tea for lunch and their famous sauce. The food was delicious but the sauce is not my favorite I’m more of a honey mustard sauce fan. Would definitely try other menu items next visit.

I dined inside on this visit. There was a short line and it moved fast. They gave me the wrong sandwich but when I bought it to their attention they quickly made it right. I had the spicy chicken deluxe with waffle fries and a seasonal key lime lemonade. Everything was great. Excellent service and the dining area was clean.

I take my daughter up there to buy a laptop. The one my daughter asked for was thankfully out of stock because it wasnt whst she needed. So the salesman recommends the best most economical laptop. We say that we will take it. Then hes gonna ask, “Do you want this today?” Now Why else would i drive way out there in freezing rain if i DIDN’T want it today?!?
He checks the inventory and sure enough, they dont even have one in stock! And theyre not allowed to sell the display as an open box! So i paid for it in Fairlawn, and had to drive all.the way to the Cuyahoga Falls Best Buy, where they had only ONE in stock.
Next time, i will just browse at Best Buy and then order the computer i want from Amazon while im still in the store. Without inventory, shopping at a brick and mortar store is a waste of energy.

Closest location to me, it’s a hit or a miss with the food. Sometimes everything tastes great others the tea tastes off, the fries are soggy and or too salty. Sometimes there is a ridiculously long wait and you can’t get out of line to leave if you chose too. I do really love their Honey Roasted BBQ Sauce though.

Brought my 1 year old and 3 year old for lunch. The both enjoyed the play place and the food very friendly staff. I how ever didnt like how there were booths people were eating at that sat right up against the play area. Felt like my children playing in there was disruptive to there meal.

Restaurant quickly and courteously remedied a problem with my ordering. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich from our “favorites/previously ordered” and didn’t think to make sure it had a gluten free bun (we always order it that way). But of course it didn’t, which wasn’t at all their fault, but they kindly substituted it for a gluten free allergy sandwich at no charge and no judgement. We were so appreciative! Thank you, Howe Rd Chick fil a!

This location has some of the greatest workers I have ever been in contact with. They are always quick, kind, and will always get your order right. Like every chick-fil-a, their food is fantastic! I would recommend this location!
