My boyfriend and I wanted a lovely date night together and that is exactly what we got! Our server, Keondra, was absolutely fantastic. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a server so thoughtful and kind! The food at Olive Garden is always good but the service made our meal amazing.

We had a family dinner at Olive Garden last week, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The ambiance was impressive, especially compared to regular chain restaurants, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere that was perfect for a family gathering. However, we did have to wait about 30 minutes for a table, which was a bit longer than expected.
Once seated, we started with drinks and ordered the Berry Sangria, Italian Punch, and Mango Margarita. The Berry Sangria stood out as the best, it had a perfect balance of fruit juice and red wine, with a delightful salt & sugar rim that enhanced the flavors beautifully. For starters, we tried the Spinach Artichoke Dip, which was absolutely delicious and set the tone for the rest of the meal.
For the main course, we opted for the “Build Your Own Pasta” option. The concept was fun, and it’s great that you can order unlimited pasta, though it’s worth mentioning that veggies are excluded after the first round. The pasta itself was decent in taste but not particularly memorable. We also ordered the Italian Salad, which was fresh, flavorful, and a classic that didn’t disappoint.
Overall, it was a good experience with some highlights like the Berry Sangria and Artichoke Dip, complemented by a nice atmosphere. The pasta was average, but the great starters and drinks made it a meal worth enjoying.

Abby is one of the BEST waitresses I’ve ever had. She was so sweet & attentive, constantly checking in on us. A server that truly cares. You can tell she has such a kind heart.

However.

The food was just not good. My pasta was nothing but a bowl of oil. I let it sit for five minutes while I was eating my soup and breadsticks, and it was nothing but oil. It was so disgusting you could see the separation from the actual food. I was wondering why every time I took a bite I started to feel a little sick. The drinks were absolutely terrible. It was just not a good mix of alcohol combined with the other flavors, it was either one was too much or one was too little. The soup was room temperature.

The only good thing was Abby being such an amazing server and a short wait.

Disgusting and old food paying for dinner and you get no noodles soak down with Alfredo sauce and the soup is the old to the end which they should just throw away had no potatoes or anything in it just a waste of money and time to drive there, order online and pick up. Will not be ordering anything from this restaurant ever again.

the hostess specifically ( i don’t remember her name lowkey but she worked at 3:00) was so unbelievably friendly and deserves a raise asap. the food, exquisite. the service, exquisite. everything, exquisite! but the thing that set our experience over the top was the hostess and her loving dedication to her job!

My husband and I came for a day date and had the absolute pleasure of having Shannel as our server. I use to travel the country to train new employees for Whole Foods and The Fresh Market. Shannel is the epitome of what every company strives for in their employees. She was attentive, kind and just overall lovely. Her smile is absolutely infectious and you can tell she is genuine when providing customer service. What more could anyone ask for, especially from Olive Garden themselves.
Ohhh and the food was delicious and hot/cold. Thank you all for amazing day date.

This is the worst Olive Garden I have ever been to. After waiting an hour for a table, we were seated in the very back by the bar. I ordered soup and salad. When it finally came out, the soup was cold. I never got a salad plate. I waited at least 15 minutes before I had to ask for one. The salad was just a bunch of croutons with one scoop of salad underneath. (See photos) When addressing it to the manager, she acted like she could care less. She said,”oh you don’t like croutons?” No! Not a bowl full and no salad!!! The second soup was lukewarm. But, very salty. My son has been a restaurant manager for Waffle House, Golden Corral and Olive Garden. He would never allow that so called food to go out like that!

We were looking for some soup and salad close to home, and Olive Garden at Walnut St did not disappoint. My cousin, her partner, and I have been giving some chain restaurants a try and so far we’ve been very pleased. Salads were crisp and fresh, breadsticks were fluffy and perfect, and the zuppa was on point. Oh, and if you haven’t been there in a while, they got a remodel!

Absolutely worst dining experience ive ever had. My server did not once ask if we needed anything. When he brought the food out he brought it out wrong. When we told him it was wrong he said well itll be a minute before it comes out corrected. At the end he did not ask if we wanted to the bill split and he did not ask if we wanted any boxes. One person paid in cash and the server proceeded to once again say itll be a minute before you get your change. On top of it the high chair was juat painted snd got all over my child’s clothes. There were no apologies or anytbing. Crazy for a place to charge the prices they do for the food and serves want to be tipped with such a horrible experience all around.
