They have never ever messed up on my order since I’ve been carrying out or dining there. The wait was 45 min’s..@$54 2 order’s and it wasn’t right. I was given what they wanted me to have. I’m still mad because I went without what I wanted for lunch that day. Ended spending more money for something else.

Worst service ever!!! Seated at 6:30 didn’t get dinner until 7:45 Didn’t get bread until we were almost done with dinner. Waitress brought drinks said she’d be right out with bread no bread. Brought appetizers said she’d be right w bread. No bread. Brought salads said she be right back with bread. No bread. Brought dinner said she’d be right back w bread. No bread. Finally when we were all done w dinner. Out came the bread. And no manager ever stopped by our table all night long to ask how we were doing. Have no ideas where she was all night. It was a Friday night and there were very few people in the restaurant

This place has improved some over the years, but could use a little fine tuning. Food is great. Servers were very nice. Just so busy sometimes it can take a little longer to get to you. Again I like the direction it’s going and I’m sure it will be back to what it once was back in its heyday.

Took about 55 minutes before we were seated.. once we got seated, the waiter was amazing. He got us everything densely fast. Very polite knew the menu well. My biggest complaint was that the coffee was bad. The first cup was alright, but the 2ed was really bad.the food was a little bit too high, but it was a decent visit.

Where do I begin. Well made reservations 1 day in advance for 6pm, got to the restaurant at 5:55 pm got seated at are table finally at 6:45 pm . What’s the point on having a reservation. Meet are waiter around 7:00 pm. Very nice young man Nori. Put are order in food and drinks. Around 7:30 had to asked another waiter for water, crazy not too happy by this time finally got are appetizers and drinks. Salads came and were wrong, finally 8:00pm or so are food came. Food was good. My point is the staff is very unorganized . Red lobster needs to do better training with there staff. Sorry my family and friends will not be back.

The quality has seemed to go down at this location recently. Pasta has come out dry with little sauce like it’s been waiting under a heat lamp too long. Fairly good waitstaff if their not over-seated.

I was super excited to eat here from passed experiences with red lobsters. However, this is not the experience you want. Our meal cost $80.00 for a small sirloin steak and snow crab legs. Do Not order these. The steak did not look like a 7oz by any means it was maybe 5 bites. The snow crabs must be tiny. The legs that we had were equivalent to a regular asparagus you get from Meijers which had little to no meat in them. I highly recommend you do not go here.

Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Red Lobster, a restaurant known for its seafood offerings. Having heard mixed reviews about the place, I was intrigued to experience it firsthand. My overall impression of the restaurant can be summarized as “good but not great,” with a few aspects that could use some improvement.

The waitress and the food were very good. Baked potato was incredibly dry. Pet peeves are baked potatoes, and coffee. I like the big potato too have enough butter and sour cream to at least be edible, and I like my coffee refilled.
