Tried this place for the first time. Crinkle french fries tasted good. Hamburger was seasoned well. I’d say it was close to a Mc ds bun. Really tasted close to a Mc ds cheeseburger but with a seasoned patty. Ordered a carmel ice cream and happy with it. I’d come back for ice cream and a burger again. A little pricey. Overall satisfied.

While the service was okay, the food wasn’t. I placed my order using Uber while I was sitting in the parking lot, but my burger looked like it had been sitting in the bag for days . I’ve never had Culver’s burger that was so bad. It was so disappointing. If I hadn’t made it all the way home I would have gone back. This thing looked like a McDonald’s cheeseburger from a kid’s meal.

Stopped in to grab food to go & they missed a double butter burger with cheese. We are heading out of town to take our daughter back to college. So I called from the freeway to get it refunded and was told no they couldn’t do it over the phone (only 12 mins later) I had to come in for the refund. That policy is not acceptable. I explained my situation and that it is completely doable, they just want to make it difficult. I told the manager Joanne that I wanted Jeffrey Kuehl the owner operator to call me asap & refund me since he’s the only one who can do a refund over the phone. It blows my mind that you have managers that can’t do refunds. And can’t handle these situations, apparently, Jeffrey you need to be there every single day & hour.
So we are out a burger, then completely disregarded over the phone by employees and now I sit and wait for jeffrey, to call me to refund my double butter burger with cheese. I am a manager and do know how the system works. All they had to do was recall the order, choose the missing item & choose refund because it’s the same day! Since it hasn’t even processed yet. It’s super easy train your staff.

Food was good, but my onion rings were kind of cold. But other than that it was okay. My kids love that they get the free ice cream of course! The staff is always so nice and helpful and that is NOT that common anymore, so we WILL be coming back and bc of their lovely staff, even though the food is not super crazy amazing, they get 5 stars!

Happy New Year, shpuldve took it as a sign when they didnt bring out the mixers the 1st time, maybe someone forgot to remake it maybe someone was mad to be working on new years i dont know. I did keep eating after the 1st one momma didnt raise no quitter but hell if theres 2 theres probably 3 haha check your mixers on holidays! Drive safe

I came to this location Grabbed a couple things through drive-through. When you ordered to drive-through, you have to wait for your food to come to you. As I waited approximately seven minutes, maybe 10 altogether . I went ahead and went home And only stay about five minutes away, Out of the burgers, Fries the only thing that was hot Was chicken tenders. I called. I allegedly spoke to the manager. And she asked that I want to come back up there I politely Said no due to traffic because of the timeframe. And that I shouldn’t have to come back up there because I was serve cold food. The packaging was soft on the food, The burger look like a burger that just been sitting up just under a warmer Along with the other burger. However, I was supposed to receive some coupons in the mail In regards to replacing my order that I never received still to this day, but I gave away my personal information And I wonder how was it being used, seeing That I never received anything in the mail The service that day was very terrible And the manager, Lack total accountability among the workers of that day. I’m very upset By the customer service that is rendered in today’s time. But I will be reaching out to the owner of this establishment Seeing that nothing was never done!

Never been to Culver’s. I’ve seen many locations on my travels but never stopped. I went in and to my surprise it was like a fast food place. Everyone greeted us when we walked in which was neat. I ordered a double cheese burger. The young lady behind the counter was very sweet, patient and even helped my friend decide on his order. She brought the food out to us. When leaving even acknowledged us and thanked us for coming. The burger was great, was a smash burger. The flavor was great. The veggies where fresh. I will try the custard next time I visit. Thank you!

Service was exceptional push doing a survey which I tried to do and it wasn’t accepting the survey code on my receipt so I didn’t do one. Getting out of the booth and getting ready to leave I noticed a bed bug crawling on the back of one of the booths and I took a napkin and killed it but also went up to the counter and told the young ladies up there about the incident they didn’t seem to be very surprised or concerned about it at all. My friend and I and my husband all had to take off our coats and shake out our clothing before getting in my car. I sure hope the hell I didn’t bring one of these home that is disgusting and knowing that they have bed bugs I will never attempt to eat there ever again.

We always order and eat inside. We have found it to be mostly consistent. The burgers are always good, custard is always great. The fries can be hit or miss, sometimes hot and crisp, other times undercooked or not very warm. The staff is always efficient and the tables are generally clean. I’d give it 4.5 stars for what it is. Getting a kids meal is the best value on the menu.
