As I am scouring Southern Maine for unique coffee shop experiences, my mother insisted we stop in to try this cozy, unsuspecting place in a shopping plaza I had been to a dozen times. I never noticed this secret tasty haven tucked in the corner of what I always called the Goodwill plaza amongst the busy Gorham hustle and bustle.
Upon entering I was pleased to find traditionally well dressed baristas and bakers hard at work to produce a product you could tell they were proud of. I even caught a glimpse of a quick hug shared amongst the staff- letting me know that this establishment was serving just as much love as they were tasty treats.
Now me? I tend to go for darker areas, low dim lighting. But this naturally lit space still declared a cozy aura- with the browns, reds, blacks, and subtle pops of color. My mother and I chose to sit outside to enjoy the remnants of the summer weather- where we were teased by friendly bumble bees and delighted by passing puppies and their owners.
And of course- who doesn’t love a lovingly made latte’! All in all, great place to visit if you’re ever shopping in the Gorham plaza- or looking for a cozy place to have a good conversation.

I love this place! Sandwiches are so fresh and delicious, as are the baked items! They make a delicious latte as well. Such a cute atmosphere with plenty of seating and unique local art covering the walls. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful.

Excellent lunch sandwiches! I have been there twice, first I had the the Turkey on honey wheat and the second was the Sullivan Italian sandwich. Both were very good and filling, the bread tasted perfect. I didn’t have the pastries but they looked tasty, and I did not try any of the coffee or drinks. Would recommend this place on the sandwiches alone!

From the first sip of my iced vanilla matcha I knew I’d be coming back as soon as possible! All of the baked goods and the entire sandwich menu looked delicious and I’m excited to try more. I’ve also heard amazing things about their refrigerator section featuring soups, cookie dough, and cinnamon rolls.
Great atmosphere with a mix of solo diners, small groups, and larger parties with appropriate seating for every size group. The art installation on the ceiling is beautiful and I suspect also helps manage noise in the space.
In addition to great food, they feature products from local artists–including staff members.
Can’t wait to go back!

Delicious!!! We shared the breakfast hand pie, blueberry biscuit, raspberry turnover and a couple of black coffees. Not the typical American overly sickly sweet, but a very nice balance of flavors. The crust on the hand pie was flakey and tender, almost croissant-like, as was the pastry on the turnover. The blueberry biscuit had almost as many blueberries as dough. We will definitely make this one of our regular spots.

First time visit and certainly won’t be the last. Friendly service, clean space and great food! Sydney made my caprese sandwich and she nailed it. My latte was delicious as well. Looking forward to coming back in to try more of the menu!

You guys.. I don’t meant to be that person to give a 1 star rating but I’m pretty sure someone pranked me and just gave me hot milk only when I asked for my hazelnut latte, because i have never drank something that tasted less like expresso in my life. I’m truly confused at what I’m drinking?? And if that is what the latte tasted like, then this is horrible weak coffee. I wish the taste matched the color but I can’t even explain how awful it taste. The atmosphere and people were nice so that’s an upside but coffee is a no for me :/

Driving by, saw the sign ‘Bakery’, did a hard turn in and so glad I did. Great people, food, drinks and the drinks come in a mug. Man I miss those days when places served drinks in real mugs. Baked goods are so delicious.
