Got me a Dave’s Triple Burger with some fries, the burger was awesome but the fries were the most nastiest fries I’ve ever had in Dubuque. Just so gross, cold and about an hour old probably. Nice employees but they obviously don’t care about the fries they give to their customers. I’m not sure if I’ll return, maybe if there is different employees working. Definitely not worth the money we paid.

This is not only the worst Wendy’s, but also the worst fast foot restaurant I have ever been too. I think the employees are purposely trying to get people not to come so that they can get an easy paycheck. They are always rude, fighting and swearing right in front of customers. The food is never right, I’ve been there several times within the past few months and I think my food was right once. Not only was it wrong, you could tell some.of them were mess ups from.other people.orders that they try to.sneak in. One time they forgot my frostys.and they sat inside for 10 minutes looking out the window at me confused as to why I wasn’t leaving. I hate making reviews but that place is disgusting and the employees are the worst part.

Stopped Friday at about 6:30 6:45 and four guys were working, They all were very courteous and very fun and even though I just got a chicken wrap it was a very pleasurable experience. What a great team you have there!!!

I called right away and told them I either never got a receipt or couldn’t find it, and was told that I would have ti pay fir another sandwich without a receipt even though the bags of the food I ordered were still next to me in my car and I showed them. Would give zero if I could. Pulled up to the speaker and was told be with you in a minute. Waited for 8 minutes without her ever taking an order. Myself and 3 cars behind me left. Won’t ever be back to this location.

Visited this afternoon and the food was great after traveling all day. There was an older gentleman in front of us being rude and swearing about his food not coming out fast enough and I was greatly impressed with the way Desmond quietly took care of the situation and maintained excellent service. Extremely surprised, especially from a fast food place.

Was a bit confusing recently when I came for an online pick up. Pulled up in mobile order spot, marked that I was there, waited a few minutes, walked up to door, it was locked, sat in drive, then was told at the speaker that I had to come in and that the door was unlocked. Could tell they were busy so I understand, just was a bit odd. Food was good and staff was friendly otherwise.
