Placed an order via the mobile app for 2 combo meals and a 3 piece chicken strips. There was 3 cars in the drive thru lane when we arrived. When it was our turn at the speaker they came on and said we would be right with you. They then turned off the monitor. Five minutes later they came back and I shared we had a mobile order. We pulled forward to the 2nd window which was vacant at the time. They gave us our drinks and asked us to pull ahead and they would bring our remaining order out. We did and sat for 25 additional minutes waiting for our order. Of If I had not already paid and placed our order before the wait at the ordering speaker I would have left, same as waiting for our food… Wendy’s used to be a “better” choice for fast food in the Dubuque are, apparently that has changed!

I’ve never been so mad about a fast food joint in my life.. Just how….. I’ve eaten at Wendy’s once in the last ten yearsish, let’s start with don’t let the renovation fool you, the new interior still contains some of the worst fast food I’ve ever received in my entire life and that’s being polite. Me fiancé and I ordered 2 combo meals a side of nuggets and a large fry. We received only literally I could probably count out the 20-30 French fries I received between the three. One of them was completely missing. The images provided show how little fries we received. On top of the French fries or lack thereof, please refer to the images for what “saucy nuggets” we recieved. I feel like 15 bucks of the 23 spent was stolen from me. Please save your time, the 5 dollar bag deal isn’t worth the risk that your order will end up like mine.

waited in the drive thru line for a hot minute JUST to get my orders . Person taking my order was rude and it took more than 15 mins to get my order . mind you , i was the only costumer . Workers are chit chatting like they have no work to do .

Went to get food a few different times from there. Managers have poor attitudes, co workers being inappropriate with one another (touching/ kissing, talking disgustingly etc.) and food is usually undercooked.

It was very busy while there. Buildings was nice but soda machines were not working. Bathrooms were clean.
Cashier messed up and i felt the manager staff were a little rude of how they talked to the employees in front of the customer. She was ended up taking over instead of teaching, from there the interaction was worse. From being out of town and never coming here before i had mixed feelings of the interaction, how the staff where behind the counter and how they handle family or friends walking in were not my cup of tea. While i wont say it was unprofessional, it was frustrating. I was ordering and should be the focus of the staff not whos behind me.

Waited at counter for 10 minutes for service,even though we saw a worker. We yelled,whistled, but nothing. My wife went to speak to him and a woman came out of side room and demanded forcefully why she was there. Told her we were trying to get someone’s attention. She said we’re busy? We were the only ones in the store and there was 1 car in drive thru. 6/21 at 9:45 am. Thought she was rude and took little pride in her work

Cashier was insanely rude over intercom and at window. Figured he was having a bad day so when he asked me to pull forward i smiled and said sure thing. Made me wait 10 minutes for a cold burger and practically threw it in the window of my pickup. Just do yourself a favor and go to the Wendy’s downtown or avoid it all together. If the lobby was open id have taken it all in and just got my money back.

Usually love this place. But not today. Went there on November 9th at approximately 3:30pm. Doors locked. No signs indicating why. I had already placed and paid for a mobile order for inside seating. Went to drive thru, asking why doors were locked. Employees appeared confused, saying only three of them were there. Asked for a refund. Told to pull ahead. They brought out the food anyway. Told them no, I already asked for a refund. Told me I had to cancel order on the app. I don’t see an option for that. Hopefully I’ll get my money back. I think the owner(s) need to fix this situation soon.

The meat on the burgers were undercooked. The staff were fighting in the back. It is rare we go to Wendy’s and it will be a bit before we go back if ever.

Im not picky at all but i couldnt eat it. Cold hard fries that taste like old grease. Old rubbery chicken nuggets. Chicken sandwiches were hard and dry. I dont think I even got what I ordered. The workers made it obvious they did not want to be there.
