This is the nastiest McDonald’s I have ever been too . I went through the drive thru started eating fries and grabbed the napkin . It appeared to have dried blood on it . I looked all over , wasn’t from me . Pulled out the bag of fries and the inside of the bag had dried blood all in the bag . I have never been so sick …no one answers the phone at the restaurant. Called corporate. DO NOT GO TO THIS McDonald’s.

More than 50 min to receive this order. It was made at 8:38pm. At 9:28 I claimed for my order and the response was unfriendly and disrespectful. After that all woman there was laughing and They made fun of me and were mocking me.That was a situation very frustrating and I couldn’t do anything. My wife was humiliated by the restaurant employees. Additionally, they didn’t give us the complete order, and we had to leave more than an hour later without our full order. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had at this chain. If anyone from the corporate team reads this, they can easily verify all the information through the cameras and the deliveries made in the system at the specific times I mentioned.

After nearly 40 years of eating at McDonald’s, this is the first time I have ever left a drive-thru feeling so uncomfortable that I chose not to eat the food I was given.

The interaction at the window was unusually dismissive and unprofessional. The attitude alone made me question the care and integrity that went into preparing the order. While I have no proof of any wrongdoing, the experience left me with serious concerns about food handling and customer service standards at this location.

Customer trust is everything in the restaurant industry. When professionalism and courtesy are absent, it naturally raises doubts about what happens behind the counter. That should never be the case. I am not eating what they gave me

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location, mainly due to the manager, Neisha. Her attitude toward both customers and staff was extremely unprofessional. She was loudly yelling at employees in front of everyone, which created an uncomfortable and hostile environment. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, she came across as rude, dismissive, and unfriendly during the entire visit.

As a customer, you expect basic courtesy and respect, but that was completely lacking. Watching staff be spoken to harshly also made it clear that the workplace atmosphere is not positive. Management sets the tone for a business, and unfortunately, this experience reflected very poorly on the location. I hope upper management at McDonald’s addresses this, because no customer or employee should have to deal with that kind of behavior.

27 minutes for a six dollar value bag and it’s completely wrong. The fries are cold, The burger bun is so hard. I almost broke my teeth. This location is an absolute joke. The staff is rude. Will never come back here.

We came through the drive thru for 2 small coffees and a tea. We were asked to pull into a parking spot. We waited almost 10 minutes so I headed inside to ensure we that our order wasnt missed or overseen. I kindly asked the gentleman working abour our order and he asked me rudely if I wanted to come back and make it myself! This was in front of many customers and this made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would have happily waited for my order and brought it out to my car myself, bit after that response I didn’t want to stay. I almost went back through the drive thru to request a refund, but there were order cars so I waited. The same gentleman who waa rude to me inside came out with our order with no word and a very aggravated demeanor. As a Christian woman, I noticed the cross around his neck and told him God bless you. It was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable situation for myself, the other customers and the people on my car

One of the dumbest crew working here. I get to the speaker and give them my code and they are like “Is this for an order you placed?” Uhhh yeah. I placed a mobile order… Thought that was a weird question.
What they meant to ask was “Didn’t you already get your order?” cause the register said it was picked up cause yall gave it away to someone 10 mins before I pulled up!!
So recap of my experience:
They give my food away to other people and charge me for it and it takes 3 people AT McDonalds to not understand they gave my food to someone else and then told me they can’t remake it cause breakfast is over cause it’s 25 minutes later when they realize you’re telling them you didn’t get your food and they obviously gave it to the wrong person- and the female manager tells you that since you didn’t pick up your order it will be refunded…you think the app knows that the wrong person picked up my order???? NO THAT’S WHY I ASKED FOR A REFUND BUT YOU STILL DIDN’T GET IT! I SPOKE TO 3 PEOPLE AND NOT ONE OF YOU COULD FIGURE THIS OUT???
I then had make 3 phone calls to corporate, and now I have to wait another 3-5 days to get my money back and I’m still out 4500 points- or does that take 3-5 business days too???
It’s sad when McDonald’s is that hard for you all. Maybe try returning shopping carts, or picking up trash on the road ways. Not handling money you clearly think grows on trees for everyone besides you managers. How dare the owner of this store put brain dead people in customer care- even the manager thought I’d get an automatic refund because I didn’t get my food because it was given to someone else.
Sad sad manager of this store. She should be replaced. This store is not running well at all. That day they also had someone sitting at the speaker for 10 minutes and everyone had to get out of line and get into the one on the right which is what caused the long wait to get my food in the first place.

I was dashing and I had an order, and I fell becuase it was raining and i had the walk slowly and the “manager” was rude and nasty. She came to the door as I was walking inside and began Telling her employee to dock me as the dasher because I “was sitting in my car” which was absolutely untrue. Please, when you all hire managers
Make sure they have knowledge about how to treat people/ customers. Please and thank you.

Update: I just came back for another order for a different DoorDash customer and I waited over 6 minutes for the order to even be prepared and they didn’t start packaging it until I walked in and then I had to wait for the fish sandwich and not one employee acknowledged me; not even the rude manager lady that was there earlier

The fries were burnt, the food took 12 minutes and I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar, nope had to go to the counter and they could find creamer or my sweet and low. This place was not that busy. Only there for the paycheck
