There were 2 young men working this Sonic. We did an App order. I was surprised at how fast we got our food. Everything was correct, something I’m not use to from the Sonics in my area. We visited 02/17/2026 around 6 p.m.

Sonic App wasn’t working on my phone up from the location I ordered from all the way to the location. I pushed the button at a stall and told them what happened and a manager apologized for the inconvenience and still honored the app discount that I had. I give kudos to the manager on shift who handled the situation with respect and worked with us to ensure we got the food and discounts from the app. Out of all Sonic’s I’ve been to, this one has been the one with the best service so far.

As a person from the Carolinas where Sonic is actually good. I would highly recommend not eating here. Took almost an hour to receive our order and when we got our food. The food was cold and the milkshakes looked moldy in a way. Did not eat our food when we got home. Threw it away. Highly upset and if you do decide to eat here. I would highly recommend looking over your food!

Waited over 40 minutes for food. Sat and waited while watching people who arrived later (and ordered the same amount of food) get their food and leave before we received ours. Would’ve been nice to have warning or clarification before ordering that it would take this long. Supposed to be “fast” food.

Food was fresh but, it took 20 minutes to get 1 order and even longer for our 2nd order. I had to go inside and ask for it, and it was sitting there with no one available to bring out the food. The bathroom was totally neglected, broken door locks, and broken and dirty tiles and floor. They did refill my drink for free after I showed them that the ice was almost up to the lid. The burgers were fresh and tasty and the location was close to all the shopping in the area.

The carhop taking my order literally did not know what she was doing – kept having to repeat myself and she kept deleting and adding stuff. Ordered popcorn chicken meal and 3 pc tender meal. Was not told it would need to be dropped fresh. The screen said the carhop was on the way and then didn’t show up for 15 more minutes. I had to beep them to make sure it was still coming. Then, when I got my meals I realized one chili cheese tot didn’t have cheese and the sauces I ordered were not in bag. Immediately left to not deal with this place’s nonsense. From start to finish it was completely ludicrous. Thank god I don’t live in this city and am just visiting.

I went to the drive through today and order a combo with shake. The lady gave me milkshake that was already drank, it has even the red marks from the cherry and nothing inside and it was melted. Disgusting and disappointing! I don’t know how someone could ever do that. Unsafe for so many reasons. I realized too late but leaving a review for customers to be more aware of their service and the employees to be more attentive as well. Never coming back!
