Social Profile:

Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol’ griddle. We’ve found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they’re best when flipped, so we‚re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes, french toast, benedicts, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, bacon & more! From paleo to vegetarian & vegan or dairy free & gluten free friendly, we’ll happily accommodate food allergies & diets. We want each morning to feel like your weekend & happy hour rolled into one, so our restaurants feature a full bar with alcoholic beverages. From mimosas to bloody marys, margaritas & local craft beers, we’ve got cocktails & brews covered!

Vibrant, retro chain serving a seasonal menu of creative breakfast & lunch fare, plus cocktails.

This spot is popular for a reason. Bright, airy spaces, and thoughtful seating set the tone right away. Blue and orange are the dominant colors, but they don’t overwhelm–you just feel pleasantly uplifted. The protein trio omelette was filling without being greasy, and the bravocado toast was a great way to start the day. The cortada definitely cured my headache. The staff are wonderful, attentive without hovering.

Food was Delicious chefs are great at their profession!!! I ordered online while waiting for my transfer bus and by my walk up and quick restroom trip my order was ready for pickup. I did try calling but dont waste your time they won’t answer in the morning. The Service was good and very attentive. I walked in with my work clothes and was not judged at all by the staff (cant say the same for the other patrons). After I said I was there for a to go order and sat down with my luggage the waiter immediately came and put down a tall glass of ice water. It was very kind and within less than 3 mins and my order was ready. I forgot to ask for Ketchup since I had hash browns with my order and the front desk was very quick when I requested some. The price makes sence since its one of the closest diners to the bus terminal and to be honest I will come back on my return if timing is right! The Habonero Pork Belly Benny is an amazing meal and I highly recommend it!!! Looking forward to trying something else soon! Thank you for making me full and welcomed in a city I was only passing through for 1 hour!! Good to go plates you can actually eat off of, food was so good wish the pictures did it more justice but trust me I wiped the plate clean. The combination of the pork, eggs, onions, and the cranberries was such a savorey, perfect amount of salty, and sweet fulfilling delight. The calories are huge (1300+) but its worth it!!!

We had an hour plus to kill at Union Station in Denver and this place caught my eye. The decor is hip and upbeat, music peppy but not to loud. All of this underscores the healthy offerings and super staff. There is pretty much everything you could want for breakfast but happily it doesn’t all focus on meat… though they have pork belly my absolute favorite. I had the simple two taco breakfast which was hearty and quick along with a dirty chai… another joy I’ll be quitting until I get back into fighting shape.

If you have a chance to try this place, do it you won’t be sorry

Dined here 2 days in a row while staying at Crawford Hotel. Bright and uplifting inside even when it’s cold and dreary outside, the positive ambiance makes for a good dining experience. Menu is extensive and the food is well prepared. We had the pancakes, standard breakfast and Denver omelette. Drinks were great too. Good convenient breakfast spot at Union Station.

Snooze, an A.M. Eatery is brunch perfection! The Shrimp & Grits steal the show—creamy cheesy grits topped with perfectly spiced shrimp, andouille, peppers, onions. Their fluffy omelets are spot-on, packed with fresh ingredients and served with golden hash browns. Pair it all with the refreshing Strawberry Margarita Mimosa—sweet, tangy, and bubbly bliss. Vibrant vibes, friendly service, and inventive flavors make every visit unforgettable. My go-to spot!

We came here seeing great reviews. We weren’t disappointed with the food , it was delicious.

However, at this particular location the front desk staff is not friendly. We requested a booth instead of a tiny table in the corner which was offered to us initially. The hostess didn’t acknowledge and we kept waiting assuming someone would clean the 2 booths that were available. After about 10 min we ask again and they were still waiting for someone to clean the 2 tables that were not cleaned for over 10 min. Finally we requested manager and the manager had to clean the table as the front desk staff would not clean – there were a few girls just standing there instead of helping clean the table. Hope the management would do something about it.

Our server, Lexi R, was super sweet and friendly.

We would not come again due to front desk staff.

We decided to visit their new location. I love how airy and bright it is. Within the Union Station, it’s got the historic downtown charm we love. Glad I used their waitlist to get in line well ahead of time so the wait wasn’t long. Our waitress was great. The food menu has definitely expanded since our last visit to a Snooze. I got their Bee & Burrata toast and the greens & almond butter coconut smoothie. It was delicious! My hubby got their pancake flight and a mango smoothie. We both left full and happy. The food came out quick for the amount of people in there. Great experience and I definitely recommend trying this new location and the expanded menu!

I am from Texas and had never been to Snooze before so was excited to try something new and my first time was AMAZING! I had the Bella, Bella Benny and it was great! It was my first time having Eggs Benedict and the flavors they had paired with it were just so delicious. After leaving Denver I told my daughter I couldn’t wait to come back for my next visit. Well fast forward a few months and I am back to see my daughter and I want to come back to Snooze. I’m immediately disappointed because unfortunately they had removed the Bella, Bella Benny from the menu but I understand restaurants update their menus and that can happen. I decide on the eggs benedict with avocado and bacon and tomato but have the server remove the tomato. My meal comes out with everything removed. It’s only the toast and the egg? Like why would I even order avocado toast if I didn’t want avocado toast? But that’s not the event that brought on this review. It was my last visit. Again, I am in Denver to visit my daughter and she lives close to Union Station so Snooze is a close place for breakfast and they do have a variety of things to order, the staff has always been good and the atmosphere is always upbeat and fun, so I suggest we go back…again. I order the Rosemary biscuits and gravy with my eggs over medium. When my plate comes out my eggs were sooooo runny the whites were still runny. No where near close to over medium! I call the server over and show her the eggs and she offers to have them remade. I’m like great, I will eat my biscuits and gravy and hash browns. About 10 minutes pass and she brings out two eggs and man they were SOOO COOKED the edges were crispy and the yellow was looking hard boiled!! I give up on this place! How can you be a breakfast place and NOT KNOW HOW TO COOK AN EGG! ☹️ Three times I went back. No more. Will have to find a new place when I come to town.
