Absolutely stay away from this place. Called last weekend to make a 51 dollar delivery order and make sure I was in their delivery range.

I was told yes and the order was placed. They call back 5 minutes later and say no I was not in the delivery range.

So what’s the big problem? I have to wait 7 days or more to get my money back because they couldn’t check to see if I was in the delivery range first. They seriously need to improve.

Tuscarawas location in Canton. I have ordered three times in the last 6 weeks and every single time my order is wrong. I did not complain the first time. The second time I did and they gave me a credit. The third time was wrong once again. My grandkids are picky and I drive this pizza to Brewster for them. I probably look for somewhere else. I didn’t bother to complain the third time because at this point I’m just frustrated with them

Instead of telling customers “online orders only” they place you on hold and never come back to the phone. Call from 2 different phones and it’s the same thing all over again. The truth goes a long way and prevents people from wasting their time

I’ve been a dominos fan since I was a kid in the early 90s. 30 some years of enjoying Domino’s Pizza.

It’s always been a good choice, even when people try to suggest order from another company.

My order tonight from the 4140 Tuscarawas location was possibly the best Dominos pizza I’ve had in my life.

The customer service there has always been exceptional and friendly.

As an individual store and as a company as a whole, you are doing the right stuff Dominos. Keep up the great work.
