No water so only drive thru service available. If there’s no water, how do employees wash their hands? Very nonsensical that one has to order form a car instead of in person due to a lack of water. It’s either safe or not – if they don’t have the water to keep the dining room hygienic, what does that say about the kitchen?

Plenty of Parking outside and a drive through.
Service was quick. No vegetarian friendly meal options.
There is a play area for kids in the place.

Great location for food around the lake point venues. Access is not great coming from hwy 41 as you’re not supposed to make a left turn into the resturant but everyone does. Other then that is what you’d expect from chic fil a. Clean resturant and good food and service.

I had ordered a deluxe combo to go with a sweet tea with extra ice but failed to do, so they gave me an extra drink and told me to keep that. The fries didn’t look fresh at all. I should have took some pictures. anywhere at night I ate and he gave me a really bad stomach pain, extreme pains and cramping inside. I threw up five hours later n feel so much better. I wouldn’t eat here again.

I judge an establishment a lot by the way they treat their employees. This morning, I went through the drive-thru and luckily, they were taking orders through the speaker and not making 4 or 5 people stand outside like they normally do because it was SO cold outside – 35 degrees and very windy. I placed my order through the speaker, started to pull around the corner and saw a Chick-fil-a employee taking people’s payments – no hat, no gloves, SHIVERING cold, and only wearing a very thin-looking fleece jacket. He looked absolutely miserable and freezing. He was literally shaking all over. It really bothered me that management would 1) ask employees to stand out in that weather when it’s not necessary – and ask them to stand nowhere near the heater area and 2) wouldn’t provide them with the proper clothing and winter accessories to keep them warm.
I pulled around to the window and politely asked for a manager to come talk for a moment. A woman came promptly to the window, and I asked if they had any gloves or a hat for the man taking payments outside. She said “no we don’t provide that, but we’re rotating people every 10 minutes so it’s not a big deal” and I said “well it is really cold outside” and then she just walked away from the window before we could finish our conversation. I was shocked that that’s how a manager would treat a customer sharing some feedback and concern about their employees. Really horrible customer service experience. If that’s how the manager treats a customer, I hate to see how she treats her staff (but, looks like I’ve already got a sneak peek.)

A quick in and out of the drive through. Friendly staff and the order was fulfilled as ordered. There were no lines at lunch time on a Saturday

When I say “I love chick-fil-a,” I really mean in. Before moving to Emerson, I was a loyal customer to the Knoxville location on Homberg Dr. for years. Rain or shine, I ate there probably 7-8 times in a week. That’s right! Sometimes I ate there twice/day. Now that I’m in Emerson, I’m only eating Chick-Fil-A 4 times per week at most. “Why is that?” you may ask. Well I’ll tell you why. One word: queso. That warm, buttery queso made every bite better than the last. For the love of all things good and holy, please bring the queso to Emerson. It will make every day a little brighter. God bless you.

Longest I’ve ever been in a Chick-fil-A drive thru line and they got our order wrong. It was not busy either during our visit. The food was good though.

Very frustrated with the customer service at this location. I ordered inside the restaurant with my family and upon receiving our order we noticed our sauces were missing. We asked for our sauces and the crew member we asked rolled her eyes before handing us the wrong sauces!! (Also, we were standing near the counter and none of the 5 or so workers decided to check in on us.. I worked at Chick-fil-A for 2 years, this is not typical Chick-fil-A service to ignore guests). It was not worth asking again after not receiving what we requested twice.
