Pretty solid Tex Mex. Started with the chips and queso which I thought their queso was just alright, a little too artificial tasting. The enchiladas here though were so good. Got the enchiladas verdes which had chicken inside and mmmmm that green sauce is divine. The beans were super super good too I love when the beans are THIS dark in color. Also got a frozen blackberry margarita and this might be one of my favorite margaritas ive ever had. I wish the blackberry was more mixed in and not a liquid poured over a standard frozen marg but it still tasted sooooo good so I won’t complain.

5 stars—Los Cucos at Katy Mills is fantastic and a go-to spot! The sizzling fajitas were outstanding—hot, flavorful, and perfectly cooked every time. We also loved the fresh chips with that addictive salsa, the perfectly brewed iced tea that kept coming, and a couple of smooth margaritas to top it off. The chicken verde and enchiladas were spot-on too—generous portions and full of great taste. What really makes it shine is the wait staff: super attentive, friendly, quick with refills and checks, and they handled everything perfectly without hovering. Relaxed vibe, excellent service, and we’ll definitely return soon. Highly recommend!”

Food was excellent! I had a chicken breast stuffed with shrimp and mushrooms. Great service. Our only complaint was it was freezing inside. Not the worst thing in hot Texas!

We had a fantastic dinner at Los Cucos in Katy! The vintage-style ambiance is warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch special thanks to Beto for taking great care of us. As soon as we sat down, we were served complimentary chips with their signature salsa and sauces so fresh and flavorful, we couldn’t stop munching!
We tried the chicken appetizers, platters, and burgers everything was delicious and well-portioned. The drinks were great too, perfectly complementing the meal. And to finish off, the Tiramisu was simply outstanding, rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we’ll definitely be back again soon!

If you ever find yourself in Katy this the place to eat. The food was delicious! The staff was amazing! They moved around like clock work. We loved their chips and salsa awsome. Had just enough spiciness for anyone to enjoy. It seemed to be house made. We will definitely come back when visiting Katy.

Staff was very friendly but we were not impressed with the food. The booths could have also been wiped down better. Ours was very greasy on one side.
We ordered the mixed cerviche (very fishy), taco plate (tortilla tasted old and the carnita was all fatty pieces), quesabirria (consume tasted like chili powder flavored water and the tacos reminded me of enchiladas. The flavor was not right and the tacos were very floppy. It also came with white rice which was very weird). We didn’t understand why the place was so packed. Their food is not good.

This is one of my favorite restaurants but not tonight, we sat at the bar and there was only one person sitting at the bar area and the rest of the area was dirty the bartender had not cleaned up. We sat down at the only clean available area on the bar. The bartender did not great us at all, it took her a while to acknowledge us and we finally placed the order the food came out but the tortillas took a while. Once the bartender brought the tortillas over we had to request for chips and salsa because she didn’t take it upon herself to serve us the chips and salsa. Throughout us finishing eating she only checked in once with us and the bar area was still dirty and hadn’t been clean up from when we first walked in.

Came here with a group of friends and had a really good time. The food was delicious and the service was also very good too. The restaurant itself was pretty clean, the bathroom were a little iffy though, other than that I had a pretty good experience here.
