The Cheesecake Factory is a mall institution and worth a visit for its humongous portions and food offerings that are consistently delicious. Of course the cheesecake desserts are worth a visit as well. Only downside was the service was fairly slow and the food did take a while, it did appear they were short staffed, but we were in no rush. Can’t go wrong with choosing this restaurant.

We went here for a birthday dinner after shopping and had a good experience overall. The menu has a huge variety, so there’s something for everyone, and the portions are generous. Our server was friendly and attentive, even though it was quite busy.
Service was a little slow at times, but the food was flavorful and worth the wait. We ended the night with cheesecake, which never disappoints. Overall, a solid spot for celebrations and casual dining, we’d definitely come back.

I had an extremely disturbing experience at this Cheesecake Factory location.
The salmon was served room temperature, which we initially ignored. While eating it, I then discovered what appeared to be tapeworms in the dish. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, either when eating seafood or at a Cheesecake Factory, which made it even more shocking.
What made the situation worse was how it was handled. Neither the server nor the manager initially removed the plate. I had to tell the manager directly to take it off the table, which should never be necessary in a situation involving food safety.
The manager Brandon showed little urgency, concern, or empathy, and there was no meaningful apology or attempt to properly address the issue. After all of this, we were even asked why our table didn’t order dessert, which felt completely inappropriate.
The lack of food safety, professionalism, and accountability was extremely disappointing. This experience left me feeling unsafe and genuinely disgusted. I will not be returning.

We didn’t wait for a table for Sunday lunch for 3. The food was tasty and pretty fast. The waitor was sweet and fun and on top of drinks. The tiramisu was more cake than tiramisu but that’s on us for not ordering cheesecake lol.

The mall was already past closing tome and the shops were locked up, but luckily The Cheesecake Factory was still buzzing. Honestly, the food ended up being the highlight of the entire evening and special thanks to our server Roberto.
The Drinks
I’ll start with the one “meh” point: the bar menu. I felt the Mojitos were a bit overpriced for what they were. Similarly, the well drinks and beers felt pretty inflated. If you’re looking for a bargain, stick with happy hour from 3-6, otherwise this might not be the spot. The atmosphere somewhat makes up for the premium.
The Food (The Real Star)
The kitchen, however, was firing on all cylinders.
The Bread: You can’t go wrong with their signature bread and butter—it arrived warm and tasted exactly like it was pulled from the oven minutes prior.
Cheese Flatbread: This was a standout. It was perfectly baked with a fresh, crispy crust.
Glazed Chicken Pot Stickers: These were incredible. The sauce—a mix of oil and sesame seeds—was savory and rich.
Chicken Taquitos: Interestingly, the sesame sauce from the pot stickers blended surprisingly well with the taquitos. It was a fusion I didn’t expect to love so much.

Even with the Tysons Galleria shops being closed, the meal made the trip worthwhile. It’s a reliable, high-energy spot for a late-night bite when the rest of the mall has gone to sleep.

We just came for a little post shopping treat. We started with the Asian cucumber salad from the small plates menu and then each got a slice of cheesecake. We had the tiramisu cheesecake and the lemon raspberry. Both were delicious, but we both liked the lemon raspberry the most. The menu was huge so I am sure there is something for everyone here. We didn’t have to wait for a table, but it was off hours on a holiday and still packed.

We’ve been to the Cheesecake Factory numerous times but it was the first time we’ve been to this one. We chose to sit in their “outside” area since we have 3 young kids. Our waiter was fantastic. Our food was pretty good/standard. We had lunch and then ordered 2 kids sundaes and 1 Coconut Cream Pie Cheesecake and Oh my goodness, that was heavenly. Overall, we expected it to be expensive but we had a great time as a family.

Went for dinner and had a great time. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. Everything came out fresh and flavorful, and of course the cheesecake never disappoints. A solid spot for a relaxed, enjoyable night out. Would definitely come back.
