Very displeased I order online at least once a week and seems like Everytime I place an order the store calls cuz they are out of wat I ordered AND I ORDER THE SAME THING EVERYTIME I don’t appreciate how I’m then basically forced to order something I don’t want because y’all already charged my card and I’d rather not have to wait a week and a half for my last 20$ to eat on to be refunded to my card. The first time it happened I cancelled my order and literally took em a week and a half to refund my card. I’m to the point now I don’t even wanna order here any more which is sad cuz I def. Prefer dominoes over pizza hut but not any more

Got an alert of a fraudulent order from my account going to this store. Called and talked to them before the person had the opportunity to pick it up. Not expecting poor worker to jump on front of a train or anything over a dumb pizza but since Dominos as a whole decided to not do anything about it despite multiple customer service emails, this store gets to share the love of my disappointment with a 1 star review.

We had the worst experience ever. We just moved in from out of state. Tired, sweaty, in need of showers yet so hungry, we order the classic move in special: pizza.
App tells us order is ready, we drive there and we are told at the window *it’ll be 7 more minutes*
Okay well why did your app say it was ready? Regardless we pull forward and wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. 45 minutes go by finally my partner goes inside and they say “oh here’s your order” no “we are so sorry we forgot about you”. Nope. It was old. 35 minutes it has been sitting in the warmer. Well “warmer”. There’s more warmth in a ice cube. All he does is go “well I can remake it but it’ll be a while”
Sorry we are tired. Hungry. We want to eat and go to bed for all day of unpacking. Get home and it’s cold pizza. And didn’t have the extra cheese we paid for. Cold pasta. Brownies were cold but those are whatever. And cold Parmesan bi- oh wait. Also missing our parmesan bites.
Complete waste. Thanks for the “warm welcome” to your city. Granted still warmer than what your “warmer” did to our food. I want my money back.

I used the drive through, nice surprise since I thought I had to go in to pick it up!
The second best thing was the girl working there. She was so so nice. Just warm feeling.
Clean neat professional and I felt she made my pizza and I felt it was made with some quality not thrown together

Well, my order last night wasn’t so great!! The sauce, cheese and meat toppings on both my lrg pizzas were scarce. Quite disappointing!!! I didn’t get any pepper packets either. Order was delivered fast and hot though. Nothing like review posted below from previous delivery.

The food was pretty good but whoever took my order yesterday did not care. Gave me none of the deals I asked for to help with costs, not even the 20% off entire order special they had going on.
