Great vintage style Café with eclectic decor. A large breakfast and lunch menu, too much to choose from. My wife ordered the Loco Moco special, which she loved and I ordered the California omelette, which was pretty tasty, but I did have to add salt and pepper. I’d rather have to add salt than it be too salty so I was satisfied. They have a small little bar area on the back left for drinks. It was pretty crowded, but we only waited less than 10 minutes. There’s plenty of parking in front of the café as well as the surrounding streets. Would definitely go back and try more. Service was excellent. I would say the coffee needs to be a little stronger, but I like it nice and rich.

We stopped by The Coffee Cup Cafe and had a great breakfast experience. I ordered a build-your-own omelette with broccoli, bacon, and cheddar cheese, served with their homemade fries. We also got the Godfather omelette with homemade fries, sourdough toast, and a side of banana nut bread.

The build-your-own omelette was cooked perfectly — fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, and the broccoli and cheddar blended really well together. The homemade fries were a highlight. They had great texture and flavor, definitely better than standard breakfast potatoes.

The Godfather omelette was just as good — hearty, flavorful, and filling. Paired with sourdough toast, it made for a solid, satisfying breakfast. The banana nut bread was moist and packed with flavor, a great sweet addition to balance everything out.

Overall, it’s a very good place to eat when you’re out that way. The portions are generous, the food tastes homemade, and everything feels comforting and fresh. Definitely a spot worth stopping at for breakfast or brunch.

In town to play Boulder Creek when my golfing buddy said I had to try this place.
Tucked in the Historic District of Boulder, this cozy breakfast spot feels like home. Tons of atmosphere with goodhearted patrons & genuine servers all around.
I ordered the strawberry pancakes with bacon & coffee & it was perfect. Sat right up at the bar & they were playing Sunday morning cartoons of the tube. Not enough stars for this fantastic cafe.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed eating at The Coffee Cup! The place was packed when I arrived with there being 20+ people waiting to be seated. Despite how busy it was, they called our name over the loud speaker to be seated in about 30 minutes.

The menu was large with the prices being reasonable and not overpriced, especially the drinks. I originally planned on ordering a coffee, but once I saw the michelada was only $5, just $2 more than a coffee, I had to go with that instead.

I ordered the Big Texan Omelet with a pancake as my side at no extra charge. The omelet was flavorful and was packed with meat and topped with one of the best chili I’ve had. I only wish there had been more cheese throughout the omelet instead of just sprinkled on top. If you’re a meat lover, this one’s for you.

The pancake was a good, fluffy, traditional pancake. I have zero complaints and it tasted great as a late night snack.

The Papa Con Chili Verde with white rice was some of the best chili verde I’ve ever had. SO GOOD.

The Godfather Plate was ginormous and tasted delicious. The Godfather sauce that came with it was incredible.

The only downside of the meal was the biscuits and gravy. Although the single portion was a generous size, the gravy lacked flavor and the biscuits tasted very plain.

Overall, this is a cute little spot with great vibes, amazing service, and excellent prices. Even during a rush, the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was some of the best breakfast I’ve had in a while, and I can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu!

What a find! If you’re in the neighborhood or have some time to spare, make the trip to this unique restaurant.
If there is a wait, there is a tiki looking bar inside that you can get a drink while you wait.
The food is fabulous. The menu is quite large and has a lot of options for everyone.
The staff are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We had breakfast here after staying at the Boulder dam hotel. I feels like a local’s joint. The service was fast and the food excellent. The portions were huge. The decor is pretty amazing too. The banana waffles were to die for. Excellent coffee.

Unique experience. It was an all-ladies opening shift for my early Sunday morning breakfast. At first they all seemed apathetic as I sat on one of the bar stools, but my eventual server was friendly and had a welcoming smile. Food and place have no frills, unpretentious. Definitely a place for comfort foods.

This restaurant must be on the list of go-tos for bikers. They must have a huge following because the line was out the door on a Wednesday morning. Very eclectic atmosphere. Lots of love and care in this Cafe. You can feel it in the atmosphere. The staff is kind and courteous, and always on the move. Lots of good young people working there, and none have an attitude. Boulder City must be a great place to raise a family because everyone is genuinely kind and everyone is good looking. Felt like I was in another universe. The Coffe Cup Cafe is a stop that should be added to your itinerary if you’re heading over to the Hoover Dam. You won’t be disappointed. I recommend the mimosas and the Mai Tai. And the food is delicious too.

I went to the restaurant today and ate so much that I was completely stuffed. Every dish was rich and delicious. Besides the satisfying food, the restaurant was always full of customers. What impressed me the most were the waiters—they were all very attractive, friendly, and attentive, which made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fulfilling and delightful breakfast.

Ordered the roast beef dinner which had a lot of gristle. Grossed me out. It was cold and windy, the employee held the door open chatting with people outside as I froze the whole time!! We signaled to him we were cold. After we were done another couple complained to the waitress who then told him. Never coming back!
