Impeccable service. The entire staff is super sweet, attentive and efficient. I came in on a Monday by myself with my almost one year old and sat in Ben’s section (he rocks). I ordered her a sirloin with steamed veggies off of the kids menu.
Weird to mention, but important during solo mom meal – the high chair has the buckles so she was secure without me having to worry (I dont know why so many restaurants in Hendersonville don’t?).
Note for food: I got the Cobb with chicken. I am a wimp with spice – the blackened chicken was a little spicy for me. Heavy on the seasoning, so definitely go light if you’re not into that. The cheesecake with chocolate sauce is yum.
Ideal spot for families, where everyone can find something they enjoy on the menu. Especially when traveling – right off of the highway. The end.

We went for dinner tonight. We had an absolute wonderful meal! Our waiter, Gabriel, was very friendly and attentive. Our food was all hot, perfect and delicious! Dessert was Huge and amazing!

Love Outback. But do be aware that the bread/croutons in the Onion Soup has zero body… 100% mush under the fantabulous cheese. Sooooo… I scooped it out and left the mush on the side. Yes, I would order it again but with NO bread in the soup

My boyfriend and I had dinner here last night. Our waitress Valerie was so wonderful, outgoing, told us about the three entree dinner, to go meals..she was happy. You could tell she loves her job.
The hostess, runners were just as good. Everyone helps one another and you can tell the ultimate goal for all is to give exceptional customer service.
My boyfriend had the sirloin, broccoli and a salad. I had grilled shrimp, rice and broccoli chopped salad. Our meal came with dessert and we opted in for the cheesecake and asked for it to go.
Our waitress brought us a bag, containers, desserts and even helped me get everything in the bag. Such a wonderful experience. We will be back. ❤️

Absolutely perfect experience!!! Sydney took great care of us, and her meticulous attention to making sure everything was just right is the main reason we will be back! The food was hot, fresh, and abundant, and was super tasty. I also ordered the Koala Punch, which was so good that I went back and ordered a second. Thank you, Outback, for such a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic birthday meal last night with family. The filet, Alice Springs, salmon, and coconut shrimp were all amazing. We topped it off with a Chocolate Thunder.

Got there just after opening. Took my son for his 13th birthday lunch. We ordered our drinks and my tea was very, very weak. I asked for another with no ice and added it to the first one. It had more tea flavor but was still quite weak. The bread was fresh and hot. We got the garlic chicken bites (appetizer) and they were delicious, hot and juicy! The boy ordered a ribeye with mashed potatoes and broccoli, he enjoyed it. My blooming onion burger came on a bun that must have been left out for a week! I ate the burger without the bun, cooked good and tasted ok. We then got a “chocolate thunder from down under” and it was mostly good. The chocolate and ice cream were mostly good but the brownie was a little dry. Service was good, the waitress was very nice and got whatever we asked for.
The problem is, if I’m dropping 90 bucks for lunch, I expect everything to be done right the first time! The tea should taste like tea not like water! The hamburger bun should not be like a hockey puck! I’m disappointed in the overall quality that was put into my meal! Who handles a rock hard sandwich bun and sends it out anyway?!?! And I’m not sure how anyone can allow the tea to be so pathetic. It’s 4 bucks a glass!
My bathroom report is a 4. Mostly clean but not completely clean.

Made date night fun again. Our server was super friendly and attentive. The food was amazing from the boomerang cheese sticks (yes they’re shaped like flat boomerangs very cute and crunchy) to the best burger I’ve had in awhile. We had been getting very blah food lately that killed the date night vibes and this was a win that made it fun again. Thank you guys
