This place was amazing. I left a $5 tip. My fiancee, our daughter, and I stopped in to grab a bite on our way home and I’m glad we did. Who ever was working on Dec. 20th, 2025 around 7:30 p.m. did a great job. I tried a seasonal sub with the cranberries, stuffing, rotisserie chicken, spinach, toasted then added mayo and salt and pepper and ol boy wish I would of got a foot long. We was in and out with no issues and didn’t take long at all. Glad we stopped. First time ever visiting this Subway and definitely won’t be my last. Those 2 guys working that day definitely need a raise. They did one hell of a job. I’m not from around here but moved here about a year ago and those 2 guys working that night sealed the deal of anytime my family or I want a sub first place we are stopping is that Subway I don’t care if I have to drive across town. Sitting here writing this review I’m thinking about getting another one but make it a foot long. Hope this review helps someone out. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year’s 2025.

Service is usually pretty good. However, tonight we had to return to the store because one of the 5 sandwiches ordered was completely wrong. Upon arriving to the store to correct the issue, we overheard one employee tell another employee “they will figure it out” when being questioned why they were moving a slice of cheese from one sandwich to another. Big red flag.

When we finally sat down to eat, one sandwich had so much mustard on it that it had to be wiped off. There was also some mustard on other sandwiches that were not supposed to have mustard, as well as on the bag, and the receipt.

Port Royal location. Saturday afternoon lunch. Manager/worker “forgot” to make tea and made no move to make any, even with 2 customers waiting for it. They weren’t crowded so its not like she was busy. Instead she chose to languish in a booth, shout directions & yuk it up loudly with workers behind counter. A homeless-looking man was wandering about, mumbling, and they were all laughing at him. Also only had two cheeses to choose from and many toppings were low or empty! Why wouldn’t she plan ahead and keep tea made and ingredients ordered? Isn’t that a manager’s job? She also “forgot to clean some areas in the back”, or so she said loudly for all to hear! Service was poor – female workers were rude. They act like they are doing you a big favor to wait on you. I don’t know why I bother. Have had several bad experiences here, especially on Saturdays. This Subway needs some serious monitoring, training, & restructuring!

Every single time I order here, there’s always something wrong with the order. Whether that’s missing an ingredient I asked for or missing other items that were ordered. A few weeks ago, I tried going through the drive through at 9 pm. The screen was on but black so I clicked the call for help button, and someone came through and I asked if he could take my order and that the screen wasn’t working. He then told me to come inside to order. Why? You’re speaking to me through the drive through, why not just take it like this? There was no one else in the drive through line and there was absolutely no one inside, other than the worker himself. I just drove off. Tonight, we placed an order for two footlongs and come to find out after getting home, they made two 6 inches and completely swapped the bread from the orders. We drove back w/ order and receipt and asked them to remake them. He started to and apparently he can’t read orders because the worker proceeded to swap the bread another TWO TIMES. How hard is it to read the order and get it right? I’m so over having my orders wrong every single time.

If I could put zero stars I would found a thick beard hair in my sandwich. Disgusting. And as if that wasn’t enough I got The wrong sandwich and only got one of the two i ordered. Ordered off the menu because I had to be quick. thinking “no way this can get messed up” wrong. Hair in my food and it wasn’t even my food. So I called they picked up the first time then hung up and ignored my calls. Total bs. I’ll spend the extra $5 and go to Alvin Ords next time.

Came here between 1-2 o’clock ish on July 7, 2024. The two women working were swamped with a long line. They were so kind and patient with everyone in line and worked so hard to kill the line and keep a good vibe. These are the employees food and beverage needs. I want to give them a shout out on Google reviews because they made my visit extraordinary.

I frequent this location weekly. Chelle, Ki, and Lexis always have a smile for me and other patrons. They also know my order/orders, which makes my life easier! These ladies keep things running smoothly and efficiently, even when they run out of critical ingredients. So, when one of the managers has to leave the location during a busy service time (lunchtime) to purchase things such as lettuce and spinach, they always make sure the patrons are satisfied. I have witnessed this on MULTIPLE occasions and hope that the problem is rectified to make these excellent customer service representatives’/sandwich artists’ job a little easier. The staff is the main reason I frequent this location. I hope positive reviews reach the staff, because I have worked in an industry where my team members and I were only notified of negative reviews and complaints, which was not great for team building or morale! Thank you Chelle, Ki, and Lexis for your hard work!
