The food tasted really good. The buffalo wing I had was the best tasting buffalo wing I have had in my lifetime. The habachi was amazing like always. The Yum Yum sauce on the habachi is the best way to eat it. Food was fresh. I also noticed when they bring food out to the buffet it is brought out in smaller portions to keep the food fresher. Plenty of selection for a great price.

This was my first time eating here. The buffet is pretty large, which is definitely a plus, but overall the food was just okay in my opinion. It wasn’t bad just not as great as I expected. I actually have a similar but smaller buffet near me that I personally think has much better food than Katana.
We came here for a birthday dinner. One nice touch is the self-serve ice cream station with a few flavors to choose from, which I thought was nice.
Would I give it another try? Maybe. But it’s definitely not in my top 10.

Lunch today after church. Food was less than desirable. Restroom was disgusting. (Urine all over the floor). Rude staff pressuring for a tip after a way over priced buffet over priced drinks and subpar food (limp eggrolls undercooked cheese sticks ect.) Only got 1 refill on drink orders. Group size 7 people. None of us were impressed and was not a satisfying experience.
Its a shame Buffets have gone so far down since Covid leaving only a few and none very good.

“I recently visited this Chinese buffet and had a mostly decent experience. They offer a wide range of food choices, from classic Chinese dishes like lo mein, General Tso’s chicken, and fried rice to some American-style options. The variety was impressive, and it’s easy to find something you’ll enjoy, whether you’re a fan of stir-fries or looking for something more familiar like chicken wings.

That said, the sushi and rolls selection was a big letdown. There were very few options, and the quality just wasn’t there. If you’re a sushi lover, you might want to skip this part of the buffet.

One thing that left me uneasy was an incident I noticed during my visit. I saw a waiter pick up a pastry that had fallen out of the tray and put it back instead of discarding it. It was disappointing to see, as hygiene should always be a priority in a restaurant. If it weren’t for that, I would have rated this place 5 stars.

Despite that issue, I found the buffet to be good value for the money, with plenty of food for the price. However, while it was okay for a one-time visit, I didn’t enjoy it enough to make me want to return.”

$38 for two without drinks. Pay before you eat. Waitress was overly attentive to filling drinks but never smiled or made eye contact. There was lots of variety with 5 or 6 buffets but the food tasted just okay. Next day I had a stomach ache. And before anyone says it was from over eating, I didn’t even have 2 full plates. Wouldn’t recommend.

This has got to be the worst Costumer service experience I’ve ever seen. Mind you I have been here over 12 times with my family. Every time we eat there I tip 20. The first encounter was when the lady didn’t see the 20 halfway under the tip she yelled out and said no tip I said yes she said why don’t tip and threw the tip tray back on the table. I said it’s right there. She said oh k never mind. Last night on the other hand was the icing on the cake. I didn’t have cash on me so I asked the cashier to put the tip on my card they said to choose a percentage my husband chose 15% which was 17 dollars. same lady that had yelled about the tip came over with the tip tray and said u done placing the tip tray on the table next to my husband. My husband said no but can I get a refill she came back with the cup filled halfway. And was giving attitude. She was rushing us out when we were only there for about 20 minutes. After we had finished she came and started clearing the table. Took my receipt and was reading it started talking in her language slamming the dishes and took back the fortune cookies she had placed with the tip tray after the fact I said I was taking them.

I will NEVER go back there.
We used to go here all the time, and stopped going for awhile, but decided to give them another chance tonight. The serving staff, all 6 of them stood there about 5 ft away and laughed and said rude things about customers. They had plenty of time to do that, but never refilled any of our drinks. I was in the food industry, and not once would I ever think of treating a paying customer the way they treated people. Beyond disappointed for paying 100 dollars.

First time patrons. The food is really good. Tasty, fresh, hot, and lots of variety. However, thought the price was a little high, especially for the kids. Kinda felt rushed to leave by the servers. They could use a few more deserts too. We will definitely be back for a second visit.
